Everett caught one of two targets for seven yards and rushed once for minus-5 yards in Sunday's 31-7 win over the Jaguars.
EDGE Analysis
Everett out-snapped Will Dissly 44-36 but failed to get involved much on offense. The 2017 second-round pick only produced 77 yards and a touchdown over three games even with Russell Wilson (finger) under center, so his lack of production lately likely isn't a factor of working with Geno Smith. Still, Wilson's possible Week 10 return would raise the ceiling of all Seattle pass-catchers.

Everett caught all three of his targets for 11 yards and rushed once for 12 yards in Monday's 13-10 loss to the Saints.
EDGE Analysis
The Seahawks leaned heavily on the ground game, rushing the ball 28 times compared to just 22 passing attempts, so Will Dissly out-snapped Everett 40-33. However, Dissly didn't receive a target. Everett has now produced 13 receptions (15 targets) for 128 yards and a touchdown through five games.

The Seahawks reinstated Everett (illness) from the reserve/COVID-19 list Monday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
EDGE Analysis
After landing on the list Sept. 29 and sitting out Week 4 in San Francisco, Everett looked like he might have had a chance to play last Thursday in the Seahawks' loss to the Rams. However, the results of his second consecutive negative COVID-19 test didn't become available in time, resulting in Everett missing his second straight contest. Since Everett likely would have been available to play last week had the Seahawks suited up Sunday, his activation Monday as Seattle resumes practicing comes as little surprise. Seattle's top tight end will return to a new-look offense that is expected to be without Russell Wilson (finger) for at least the next month, leaving veteran journeyman Geno Smith to direct the offense beginning with Sunday's game in Pittsburgh.

Everett (illness) tested negative twice for COVID-19 in advance of Thursday's game against the Rams, but the results didn't come through in time for the NFL to approve him to play, Jay Glazer of Fox Sports reports.
EDGE Analysis
Everett needed to test negative twice 24 hours apart to be eligible for activation from the reserve/COVID-19 list. Apparently, he just missed out on doing so and will miss a second consecutive contest as a result. Everett will have plenty of time to get back on the active roster with the Seahawks' next outing on Sunday, Oct. 17 at Pittsburgh. In the meantime, Will Dissly, Colby Parkinson and even Tyler Mabry will handle TE duties for Seattle.

Everett wasn't activated off the reserve/COVID-19 list in advance of Thursday night's game against the Rams, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
In Everett's continued absence, Will Dissly and Colby Parkinson are in line to head the Seahawks' Week 5 tight end corps. Neither of the two look like high-percentage fantasy plays, however, after making a minimal impact in Seattle's Week 4 win over the 49ers.

Everett (illness) has a chance to play in Thursday's game against the Rams, needing one more negative test for COVID-19, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Everett was placed on the COVID list last Wednesday and missed Sunday's win over the 49ers. In his absence, Will Dissly played 82 percent of snaps and Colby Parkinson took 68 percent, though neither did much damage in the passing game. It sounds like the Seahawks are tentatively expecting Everett back for Thursday night, though it wasn't yet official at the conclusion of Wednesday's practice.

Everett (illness) may be activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list before Thursday's game against the Rams after returning a negative test Monday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports. "At this point, we're saying there's a chance," coach Pete Carroll said. "We'll know more tomorrow."
EDGE Analysis
Everett landed on the COVID list last Wednesday after testing positive, but because he's vaccinated, he only needs to test negative again Tuesday to return to the active roster. Of course, if he doesn't he'll have to do so Wednesday and Thursday to give himself a chance to suit up Week 5. This past Sunday at San Francisco with Everett sidelined, Will Dissly led Seahawks tight ends with an 82-percent share of the offensive snaps, Colby Parkinson got 68 percent, and Tyler Mabry brought up the rear with 14 percent.

Everett (COVID-19) may not be able to play in Thursday's game against the Rams, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Everett landed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday and was unable to produce back-to-back negative tests ahead of a Week 4 win over the 49ers. If the 27-year-old is unable to return in Week 5 on a short week of practice, Will Dissly and Colby Parkinson will be in line for increased work.

Everett (illness) isn't likely to be available for Sunday's game against Minnesota, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
The tight end is on the reserve/COVID-19 list and reportedly hadn't registered a negative test as of Friday afternoon. He'll now need back-to-back negatives starting Saturday, which Carroll apparently considers unlikely. The Seahawks are expected to bring Colby Parkinson (foot) back from IR this week, but Will Dissly is the safer bet for snaps (and a few targets) if Everett doesn't end up playing. The team will really be thin on pass catchers if Tyler Lockett (questionable, hip) and Dee Eskridge (doubtful, concussion) are also unavailable Sunday.

The Seahawks placed Everett (illness) on the reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
According to Aaron Wilson of Sportstalk 790 Houston, Everett tested positive for the virus, which may mean it'll be difficult for him to clear the necessary hurdles to suit up Sunday at San Francisco. If Everett is out Week 4, fellow tight end Will Dissly figures to take on a much bigger role in the Seahawks offense.
