Browns' rookie S Eric Hagg will undergo "minor" knee surgery this week. Hagg was inactive for the Browns' preseason opener against the Packers this evening, and may now be in line to miss the entire preseason. A seventh-round pick out of Nebraska, Hagg could be staring at a lot of inactives this season.
