Edwin Baker rushed for 64 yards and one touchdown on 17 carries in Week 16 against the Jets. Baker added two catches for 12 yards to his stat line. The Browns entered Week 15 with just two rushing touchdowns all season. Baker now has rushing scores in back-to-back weeks after being signed off Houston's practice squad. He started Sunday and dominated touches. Chris Ogbonnaya handled the ball twice, while Willis McGahee and Fozzy Whittaker didn't touch the ball. Baker is just 22 years old and is a guy to watch in dynasty. The Browns don't have a running-of-the-future currently on the roster. Baker gets the Steelers in the season finale.

So it was a major surprise to watch him run as the clear-cut feature back for the Browns. Baker got the majority of base runs as well as the goal-line work (converting one from two yards out) and even got the call on a couple screen plays. Still, we'd avoid trusting Baker as a plug-n-play in Week 16. Willis McGahee (concussion) could be back and the Jets boast arguably the league's best run defense.

OC Norv Turner said he expects Edwin Baker to receive playing time in Sunday's game against the Bears. Willis McGahee (concussion) is almost certainly out. Baker was just signed two days ago, but he has some familiarity with Norv Turner's scheme from their time together in San Diego. We wouldn't expect more than a few snaps behind Chris Ogbonnaya and Fozzy Whittaker.
