Bond (hamstring) is ruled out for Sunday's game against the Giants.
EDGE Analysis
Bond was unable to participate in practice all week, so his lack of availability doesn't come as much of a surprise. His absence is a blow to Tampa Bay's depth at the linebacker position.

Bond did not participate in Wednesday's practice due to a hamstring injury, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
The nature of Bond's injury is unclear at this time, but it was enough to keep him out of practice early in the week. The depth option at linebacker should be considered day-to-day.

Bond (undisclosed) is absent from the Bucs' injury report ahead of their season opener versus the 49ers.
EDGE Analysis
Bond was limited at practice earlier in the week before logging a full workload Friday. Assuming he avoids any setbacks, look for him to take on his expected role of providing inside linebacker depth.

Bond (undisclosed) was unable to participate in Sunday's practice, Greg Auman of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
It's unclear how Bond suffered the injury, but it's serious enough to force him out of practice. Expect the team to update his status ahead of its final preseason game against the Cowboys on Thursday. With Bond sidelined, Emmanuel Smith and Beau Allen could see an increase in reps.

Bond signed a one-year contract with the Buccaneers on Tuesday, Jenna Laine of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Buccaneers drafted Bond during the sixth round in the 2016 draft and he has 36 tackles (28 solo) in 25 games. The 25-year-old has been fairly involved on special teams but has also made six starts due to Tampa Bay's injury issues at inside linebacker.

Bond (illness) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Falcons, Greg Auman of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bond is managing his recovery from an undisclosed illness, putting his status for Tampa Bay's season finale in question. If the third-year pro were to sit out versus the Falcons, Adarius Taylor and Cameron Lynch would benefit from increased snaps.

Bond tallied five tackles (all solo) and was credited with one quarterback hit in the Buccaneers' 27-9 win over the 49ers on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Bond may be starting to grow into the starting strong-side linebacker role now that he's had a chance to fill the spot for three games, as Sunday's tackle tally was a season high. The third-year pro was an important part of the Bucs' best defensive effort of the season, and he'll look to continue rising to IDP relevance against a run-centric Panthers offense in Week 13.

Bond will serve as the Buccaneers' starting strongside linebacker, Jenna Laine of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bond will step into the starting role following the placement of Kwon Alexander (knee) on injured reserve with a torn ACL. Adarius Taylor will serve as Alexander's direct replacement at MLB, and Bond's increased role could be limited to early-downs. Bond's starting opportunity nonetheless warrants IDP consideration in deep leagues.

Bond is expected to take over starting outside linebacking duties with Kwon Alexander (torn ACL) out for the year, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Buccaneers were dealt a poor hand following Sunday's outcome when news broke that both Alexander and rookie linebacker Jack Cichy tore their respective ACLs. Tampa Bay may be in the market for a linebacker, but as of now it seems as though the team is comfortable with Bond stepping in to fill the season-long void. Bond, 25, appeared in 14 games for the Bucs last season and registered 14 tackles over that span.
