Williams (knee) practiced fully Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Williams, who has missed the last five games, thus appears to be trending toward a return to action in Week 15. In such a scenario, he'd serve as a backup behind Pittsburgh's undisputed No. 1 RB Le'Veon Bell on Sunday against the Bengals.

Head coach Mike Tomlin said Tuesday that Williams (knee) has a "legitimate" chance to play in Sunday's game against the Bengals, Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.
EDGE Analysis
Williams was in-and-out of practice last week and ultimately did not play in the Steelers' matchup with the Bills, but Tomlin's comments indicate he may be able to return to action in Week 15.

Williams (knee) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Bills.
EDGE Analysis
Williams appears to be nearing a return, but in his continued absence in Week 14, Fitzgerald Toussaint will remain the Steelers' top backup behind No. 1 RB Le'Veon Bell.

Williams (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bills.
EDGE Analysis
Williams, who did not practice Thursday, returned to a limited session Friday, so he has a chance to be active Sunday. That said, the veteran running back doesn't carry fantasy lineup utility so long as No. 1 option Le'Veon Bell remains healthy.

Williams (knee) did not practice Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
After turning in a limited session Wednesday, Williams logged an absence Thursday, thus suggesting that the veteran back is not a lock to return to action Sunday against the Bills. More on Williams' status no later than Friday, after the Steelers release their final Week 14 injury report.

Williams (knee) did not practice Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Williams is inching toward a return to action, and when he is able to rejoin the Steelers' backfield mix, he'll supplant Fitzgerald Toussaint, who has been filling in as the team's top backup behind No. 1 running back Le'Veon Bell.

Williams (knee) could return to practice this week, Dale Lolley of the Washington Observer-Reporter reports.
EDGE Analysis
Lolley added that Williams has a better chance of returning to practice than teammate Darius Heyward-Bey (foot). Williams has been held out for a large chunk of the season with a knee injury that ended up resulting in a procedure. Once he is able to return, however, he will become one of the more attractive handcuffs out there, given starter Le'Veon Bell's proneness to injury and the tremendous job Williams has done in the past filling in as a feature back for the Steelers.

Williams (knee) did not practice Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Per the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, coach Mike Tomlin has noted that Williams, who is bouncing back from a knee scope, "is perking up, he's doing some good things," so it's possible that the running back could progress to the point that he'll be available to back up Le'Veon Bell on Sunday against the Giants.

Head coach Mike Tomlin said Tuesday he believes Williams (knee) will be available Sunday versus the Giants, Aditi Kinkhabwala of NFL Network reports.
EDGE Analysis
Over the last five games, Williams has appeared just once, earning one carry among his four snaps. In the interim, he's undergone a meniscus trim in order to alleviate his knee concern. Now approaching the end of his recovery, he's "perking up," per Tomlin. His ability to practice before week's end will shed light on whether he's trending toward a return.
