Cowboys owner/GM Jerry Jones expects Bailey (back) to play in Sunday's game against the Bengals, ESPN's Todd Archer reports.

Jones recently revealed that Bailey has been playing through a back injury, perhaps explaining why one of the most accurate kickers in league history missed a field-goal attempt both of the past two weeks. While his range may be somewhat limited, Bailey figures to continue playing through the issue, making him a usable option in most leagues. However, owners may find they can do a bit better at the position, at least until Bailey is back at full strength.

Bailey missed a 47-yard field goal for the second consecutive week in Sunday's win over the 49ers, and after the game Cowboys owner/GM admitted that the kicker has been dealing with back tightness, The Dallas Morning News reports. "We were very concerned before the game," Jones said of Bailey. "Not surprised at all that he missed the field goal. Thought that was a pretty good time to check it out. Might not have wanted to try another one during the game -- a long field goal. There's no question that he had a limitation there."

EDGE Analysis

The 28-year-old has been one of the most reliable kickers in the league throughout his career, but with Bailey at less than 100 percent right now you may want to look to the waiver wire for another option, particularly in leagues that award bonus points for longer FGs.

Bailey was perfect in Sunday's loss to the Giants, connecting on his only PAT and all four of his field goal attempts, including a 54-yarder and a career-long 56-yarder.

EDGE Analysis

Unfortunately for the Cowboys, Bailey was stuck on the sidelines rather than getting a chance to boot his third long field goal of the day and steal a win after Terrance Williams failed to get out of bounds on what ended up being the final play of the game. The All-Pro kicker is in line for another productive season if the Dallas offense continues to struggle in the red zone with rookie Dak Prescott under center.

Through the Cowboys first three preseason contests, Bailey has made 4-of-5 field goal attempts and has banged home all 10 of the extra points he attempted.

EDGE Analysis

Bailey has performed well to this point, hitting kicks from 40, 44, and 51 yards so far, with his lone miss coming from 52 yards out. Entering his sixth NFL season, Bailey is a career 90.6 percent kicker with a career long of 56 yards.

Bailey connected on all three of his extra point attempts in Week 17's loss to Washington.

EDGE Analysis

The Cowboys kicker was his usual excellent self in 2015, posting a career-high 93.8 percent success rate on his field goals (including five of six from 50 yards or longer) and knocking through 100 percent of his extra points, but reduced opportunities provided by a struggling, injury-ravaged offense resulted in a career-low 115 points for Bailey on the season. Assuming Tony Romo and Dez Bryant stay on the field in 2016, however, Bailey should be able to improve on his totals in 2016.

Bailey connected on his only PAT and all four of his field goal attempts, including a 54-yarder in the final seconds to give the Cowboys a 19-16 win over Washington.

EDGE Analysis

It's the 10th game-winning kick of his career, as he continues to extend his franchise record. Bailey's been a steady if not elite fantasy presence this season, kicking multiple field goals in 10 of 12 games en route to a career-high 96.2 percent success rate and putting through all four of his attempts from 50-plus yards, helping soften the blow of the PATs lost due to the Cowboys' offensive struggles without Tony Romo.

Bailey connected on two field goal attempts from 30 and 38 yards as well as both his extra points in Sunday's 26-20 OT loss to the Saints.

EDGE Analysis

While injuries to Tony Romo (collarbone) and Dez Bryant (foot) have taken the explosiveness out of the Cowboys offense, Bailey's accuracy has allowed him to remain a consistent fantasy asset, as he has yet to miss a kick this season.

Bailey was perfect in Week 1's comeback win over the Giants, connecting on two field goals and three extra points.

EDGE Analysis

His 2015 debut went as well as expected. Dez Bryant's foot injury could actually be good news for anyone with shares in Bailey, as without the team's best red zone weapon the Cowboys offense could end up settling for more field goals over the next six weeks or so.

Bailey was perfect on Sunday, connecting on all three of his field goal attempts and all five PATs in a win over Washington. The Cowboys' offensive efficiency this season resulted in Bailey both attempting and making a career low in FGs, as he went 25-for-29, but he compensated with a career-high 56 extra points and wound up exactly matching the 131 points he produced in 2013. Bailey has given his fantasy owners between 124 and 135 points every season of his career, and he should be one of the most consistent top-end kickers on the board next season.

Bailey went 6-for-6 on extra points but missed his only field-goal attempt in Sunday's 42-7 win over the Colts. The Cowboys were too proficient at getting into the end zone, limiting Bailey's scoring opportunities. He's made multiple field goals in a game just once since Week 6.
