Browns LB Craig Robertson remains in the "driver's set" to start opposite D'Qwell Jackson. Robertson was considered the favorite even before the Browns failed to address the position in the draft, so his position has only gotten stronger. Robertson ran with the first team throughout OTAs. A 2011 undrafted free agent, Robertson played 628 snaps last season, grading out negatively in Pro Football Focus' ratings. He'll be pushed by Tank Carder and L.J. Fort in camp.

Browns LB Craig Robertson is "getting the first crack" at the starting inside linebacker job next to D'Qwell Jackson. Jackson is locked in, but second-year linebackers Robertson and James-Michael Johnson will compete for the other spot. Robertson appeared in all 16 games as a rookie, recording 93 tackles, one sack, and two interceptions. Johnson started eight games in 2012 before ending the season on injured reserve with a minor knee injury. Both players are best in coverage.
