White did not practice on Wednesday due to a shoulder injury.
EDGE Analysis
White was placed in the league's concussion protocol after Sunday's game but ended up on the injury report for another reason. The specifics and severity of the injury are unclear at this point, and his status later in the week will give a better indication of if he'll play in Week 5.

White has been placed in the league's concussion protocol after taking a blow on special teams during Sunday's win over New England, BuffaloBills.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
White wasn't needed quite as badly as last week with Ronald Darby back to handle starting cornerback duties, but he's quickly become a valuable depth member of the Bills. The team could certainly use him now that the season has quickly turned around.

White, stepping in for an injured Ronald Darby, started at cornerback and logged nine tackles, a pass defensed, and an interception during Sunday's upset win over the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
White and Stephon Gilmore were all over the field vs. Carson Palmer and his team's high-powered passing attack following the Jets' shredding of the Buffalo secondary one game prior. White saw the field for 81 of 82 defensive snaps, and could be in line for a similar workload if Darby (hamstring) can't improve enough for this week's game at New England.

White has returned from a knee injury and even saw first team reps during Thursday's practice, BuffaloBills.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
White isn't a starter right now, but he has the ability to play both corner and safety and that versatility could land him one of the final roster spots.

White is dealing with a knee contusion stemming from Monday's practice, Vic Carucci of the Buffalo News reports.
EDGE Analysis
White's injury doesn't appear to be anything too serious at this point, and he should be able to return to practice later this week. After a solid start to training camp, he'll continue to battle for a spot in the Bills' cornerback corps, barring any setbacks to his injured knee.

White has signed with the Bills.
EDGE Analysis
White joins a Bills secondary in need of replacements for Ron Brooks and Leodis McKelvin, both cornerbacks that signed with the Eagles this offseason. A lengthy cornerback, White played under Bills assistant head coach Rob Ryan in New Orleans, where he spent the third three years of his career. Last season, White finished with merely six tackles in seven games played for the Cowboys.

White was released by the Cowboys on Tuesday, ESPN's Todd Archer reports.
EDGE Analysis
A fifth-round selection in the 2012 NFL Draft, White had just four tackles in seven appearances for the Cowboys this season. He does have 20 career starts to his name, largely because he spent the first three years of his career with Saints teams that were sorely thin in the secondary.

White, who was having a good preseason, is all but assured of a roster spot with Orlando Scandrick down for the year due to a torn ACL.
EDGE Analysis
The former Saint had likely played his way onto the 53-man roster anyway, but Scandrick's injury ensures that not only will White make the club but that he will be in line for significant snaps on defense in the nickel and dime packages.

The Cowboys claimed White off waivers Saturday, ESPN NFL Nation's Mike Triplett reports. White was a liability in the New Orleans secondary last year, but the Cowboys are perennially short on depth at just about every defensive position, so they'll give him a look for now.

White was released by the Saints on Friday, ESPN's Mike Triplett reports. White struggled badly in 2014, eventually losing his starting job. He still managed to finish the year with 50 tackles and two interceptions in 15 games (nine starts), as he was frequently picked on by opposing quarterbacks. Still just 24 years old, White is unlikely to find a starting job but should draw plenty of interest from teams in need of depth.
