Clement had 10 carries for 30 yards in Sunday's 26-24 win over the Chargers.
EDGE Analysis
Clement handled the least important role in a three-headed backfield, and yet the Eagles trusted him enough to give him a pair of third-down carries on the game-clinching drive. He converted both chances and also picked up another first down on the series, but he was still a clear second fiddle to LeGarrette Blount (16 carries for 136 yards) in early-down and short-yardage spots throughout the game. With Wendell Smallwood also handling a key role, Clement will have a hard time matching Sunday's workload in the future unless Blount suffers an injury.

Clement ran six times for 22 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's win over the Giants.
EDGE Analysis
Five of his six carries came after Darren Sproles was injured at the start of the second quarter, and three came in the fourth. While LeGarrette Blount and Wendell Smallwood handled the bulk of the load, the undrafted rookie showed he could contribute as well, finding the end zone from 15 yards out with less than six minutes left in the game. With Sproles slated for a multi-week absence, Clement could continue to earn more work in the Eagles' backfield.

Clement made the final roster cut before the regular season, the Eagles' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
It seemed doubtful the undrafted rookie would make the team, but thanks to an excellent preseason, Clement earned a spot with the club. He showed both power and a degree of elusiveness over the summer, so even though he is likely last in the pecking order, it will be interesting to see what he can do if he can work himself into some playing time this year.

Clement gained 16 yards on four carries and lost two yards on one reception in Thursday's preseason finale against the Jets.
EDGE Analysis
The undrafted rookie out of Wisconsin had a quiet finish to a busy preseason, taking each of his four carries within the Eagles' first six offensive snaps. Clement finishes the exhibition schedule with 28 carries for 105 yards and two touchdowns, hoping he's done enough to beat out LeGarrette Blount or Donnel Pumphrey for a roster spot. The Eagles probably don't want to risk losing Pumphrey to another team and likely want to see if Blount looks any better once the games count. That leaves Clement as a prime candidate for the practice squad.

Clement rushed nine times for 42 yards and a touchdown Thursday night versus the Bills to go with two catches for 11 yards.
EDGE Analysis
The undrafted rookie has had an impressive preseason and is doing all he can to secure himself a roster spot. Whether he can or not most likely depends on the Eagles keeping a fifth running back as LeGarrette Blount, Darren Sproles, Wendell Smallwood and 2017 fourth-round pick Donnel Pumphrey are all virtual locks to make the team, according to Reuben Frank of CSN Philadelphia. Clement once again had the highest snap count of any Philadelphia running back, edging out Pumphrey 26-25 as the Eagles' coaching staff continues to evaluate the two.

Clement is expected to receive additional snaps Thursday against the Bills due to Wendell Smallwood's (hamstring) absence, Matt Lombardo of NJ.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
With Darren Sproles also sidelined, LeGarrette Blount likely won't log more than a series or two with the first-team offense. Thus, Clement, fellow rookie Donnel Pumphrey and second-year pro Byron Marshall represent the remaining running backs on the roster. In his first preseason action last Thursday at Green Bay, Clement earned the most snaps (28) among Eagles RBs, turning the reps into seven carries for 13 yards and two receptions (on four targets) for 31 yards.

Despite going undrafted, Clement should have a real shot to make the Eagles' final roster, PhillyVoice.com's Jimmy Kempski reports.
EDGE Analysis
Clement ran for 1,375 yards and 15 touchdowns in his senior season at Wisconsin, capping off a college career that was ultimately somewhat disappointing due to a mixture of injuries and reduced explosiveness over time. He did nothing to allay those concerns at the combine, running a 4.68 40-yard dash while also failing to impress in the vertical jump (28.5 inches) and broad jump (115 inches). Clement did check in at 5-foot-10, 220 pounds, which makes him easily the largest running back on Philadelphia's roster besides Ryan Mathews (neck), who likely will be released before training camp. With Darren Sproles, Wendell Smallwood (knee) and fourth-round selection Donnel Pumphrey considered locks to make the team, Clement may end up competing with 2016 undrafted free agent Byron Marshall and a few others for one remaining roster spot. Given his size and college pedigree, Clement could be in the mix for early-down carries and short-yardage work if he makes the team.
