Bojorquez and a 2023 seventh-round pick were traded from the Rams to the Packers in exchange for a 2023 sixth-round pick Tuesday.
EDGE Analysis
Bojorquez had a strong preseason and pushed Johnny Hekker for the starting job at punter for Los Angeles, but Hekker won out, and the team sent off Bojorquez in a pick swap with Green Bay. Bojorquez spent the last three seasons in Buffalo and averaged 45.0 yards per punt, including a 50.8-yard average in 2020. The Packers' incumbent punter JK Scott could be let go following the acquisition.

The Rams activated Bojorquez off the COVID-19 list Monday, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bojorquez was deemed a close contact and has since tested negative multiple times, allowing him to rejoin the club after a short absence. Johnny Hekker still remains away from the team, so for the time being, Bojorquez will be the Rams primary punter.

The Rams placed Bojorquez on the reserve/COVID-19 list Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
Bojorquez was placed on the COVID-19 list with Rams' starting punter Johnny Hekker, leaving Los Angeles without a punter for Saturday's contest against the Raiders. It is uncertain how long he will be inactive.

Bojorquez signed with the Rams on Tuesday, Stu Jackson of the team's official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bojorquez played 40 games for the Bills over the last three seasons, averaging 45 yards per punt and landing 45 percent of those boots inside the 20-yard line. Johnny Hekker -- the Rams' incumbent punter -- is signed through the 2023 season, and it's highly unlikely that he's dethroned.

Bojorquez will enter training camp as the team's punter, but he will face competition, Sal Capaccio of WGR Sports Radio 550 Buffalo reports.
EDGE Analysis
Special teams coordinator Heath Farwell said Friday that it's Bojorquez's job to lose and that he needs to be more consistent. The Bills signed kicker and punter Kaare Vedvik this offseason and he will be Bojorquez's main competition come training camp. Bojorquez ranked 30th in gross and net punt average among qualified punters in 2019.

Bojorquez served as the Bills' only punter in 2019, kicking 79 times for a 41.9 gross average and 37.7 net average.
EDGE Analysis
Bojorquez ranked 30th in both gross and net punt average of all punters with 20 or more kicks, though he can be given some leeway in that he kicks in a poor-weather stadium, which also happens to be one of the NFL's windiest venues. Plus, the Bills have to be happy with his 34 kicks inside the 20, which tied for third in the league. Bojorquez will almost certainly enter training camp as the incumbent, but he'll also have some competition in the form of Kaare Vedvik.

The Bills waived Bojorquez's teammate, Cory Carter, on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
That leaves Bojorquez as the only remaining punter on the roster, though it's worth noting the Bills made a switch just ahead of the regular season last year. Bojorquez has had ups and downs this summer, so even though Carter is out of the picture with a knee injury, the former can further solidify his spot with a strong performance in the preseason finale.

Bojorquez (shoulder) has bee placed on injured reserve, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bojorquez had reportedly been playing through a shoulder injury, but the issue will ultimately force him to miss the remainder of the 2018 campaign. The Bills re-signed veteran punter Colton Schmidt to replace him as the active punter the rest of the way.

Bojorquez (shoulder) avoided Wednesday's injury report.
EDGE Analysis
It's good news for the Bills who weren't keen on the prospects of having to bring in an additional punter in the event that Bojorquez wouldn't suit up for Sunday's game. With Bojorquez steering clear of Wednesday's report, it seems expected that he'll be ready for Week 6 action.

Bojorquez is questionable to return to Sunday's game with a shoulder injury.
EDGE Analysis
If Bojorquez can't return, the Bills may have to get creative with their punting strategies without a backup in place. Perhaps kicker Stephen Hauschka can assume the role, but it's unclear as to what kind of punting experience he has at the moment.
