Rams DE Chris Long (questionable, ankle) is a game-time decision for Sunday's game against the Niners. Long leads the team with 10.0 sacks and would be replaced by Eugene Sims, but Long has said that he expects to play. He will attack the right side of the Niners' offensive line, which has struggled mightily without RG Adam Snyder (hamstring). Snyder is probable to play, but has some risk of an in-game aggravation.
