Givens had the best preseason of any of the Rams' wideouts, and with Brian Quick (shoulder) out, one would have thought Givens might get a couple looks. It appears Givens' 2014 season was more of an indicator of his productivity than the preseason, as he failed to get to 20 catches or 200 yards last year.

Givens caught two passes for 63 yards and a touchdown to go with 5 rushing yards in a 24-14 preseason loss to the Colts on Saturday.

Givens has been the Rams' most effective wideout this preseason, showing off his speed with a pair of touchdowns. Nick Foles has a better arm than the array of backups the Rams have used the past two seasons, so perhaps Givens will have a bigger role in the offense. There is a big difference between success in the preseason and the regular season, however, so temper your expectations for a player that only caught 11 balls for 159 yards in 2014.

Givens tallied 11 catches for 159 yards and a touchdown in 2014. Givens majorly regressed this season, as he averaged 38 receptions and more than 600 yards his first two years in the league. He'll likely start next season the No. 3 or 4 option in St. Louis, and his upside is limited.

Givens is active for Sunday's game against the Seahawks, according to Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Givens gets the call ahead of Austin Pettis, who has been battling an ankle issue of late but was officially listed as probable on Friday's injury report. Givens has not played since Week 3 against the Cowboys, and he has just four catches on eight targets for 50 yards in three games this season.

Givens is inactive for Monday's game against the 49ers, csnbayarea.com reports. Inactive for the second straight game, Givens is clearly a break or two away from resurfacing on the fantasy radar.

Givens is inactive for Sunday's game against the Eagles. While Givens hasn't been particularly productive this season (four catches on eight targets for 50 yards in three games), his inactive status is still a bit of a surprise. With Givens out, the Rams will go with Tavon Austin, Kenny Britt, Brian Quick, Austin Pettis and Stedman Bailey as their wideouts.

Givens registered one reception for 15 yards Sunday in a 19-17 win over Tampa Bay. Givens is speedy, but is down fairly far on the depth chart and is the fifth or sixth option with tight ends in play. He has three receptions for 45 yards in two games.

Givens caught a pair of passes for 30 yards in Sunday's 34-6 loss to the Vikings. Givens showed his big play ability with a 27-yard reception, but didn't do much outside of that. He's going to be dependent on the big play, and with Sam Bradford and possibly Shaun Hill out next week, that option may not be there much.

Givens caught a 75-yard touchdown along with another 19-yard reception in a 33-14 preseason win over the Browns on Saturday. Givens has dropped on the depth chart over the offseason and camp but showed that he can be a deep threat in Saturday's win. He has the speed to be a solid wideout, but with so many players ahead of him, doesn't have much fantasy prospects.

Givens has had a quiet training camp and is practicing with the second-teamers, St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
