Brown rushed the ball 10 times for 53 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 17-7 win over the Giants. He added two receptions on three targets for 11 yards.
EDGE Analysis
Brown split work evenly with Zack Moss throughout the first half, and neither back was effective. However, Moss began the third quarter on the field and lost a fumble, leading to him being benched for the rest of the game. Brown remained unimpressive for the majority of the time with the backfield to himself, including coughing up the ball as Cincinnati was attempting to close out the win. He did manage to redeem himself with a game-clinching 30-yard scamper one play later, and things continue to point to Brown gaining a larger role in the backfield moving forward.

Brown (quadricep) is listed as active for Sunday's game at the Giants, Charlie Goldsmith of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
EDGE Analysis
Though coach Zac Taylor noted Friday that Brown would be good to go for the contest, the running back was ultimately deemed questionable ahead of Week 6 action after logging his second straight limited practice. While Brown's availability versus New York didn't really appear in danger, his official injury report listing nonetheless made his status worth confirming. Now that he's been made active, Brown is in a position to continue to share backfield duties with Zack Moss. With that arrangement in play, during Cincinnati's first five contests this season, Brown has carried 41 times for 230 yards and two TDs and added 10 catches for 39 yards and another score, while Moss has recorded 57 carries for 211 yards and two touchdowns and caught 15 passes for 124 yards and a TD.

Brown (quadricep), who is listed as questionable for Sunday night's contest against the Giants, is expected to play, Jordan Schultz of FOX Sports reports.
EDGE Analysis
Head coach Zac Taylor confirmed as much talking with the media Friday, but it's still a sigh of relief for fantasy managers given the 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff could have complicated some decisions. Expect Brown and Zack Moss to continue operating in the tandem that has seen the running backs total three touchdowns each on the young campaign.

Brown (quadricep) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at the Giants.
EDGE Analysis
Brown was a midweek addition to the Bengals' practice report Thursday as limited due to a quad injury. On Friday, coach Zac Taylor relayed to Geoff Hobson of the team's official site that both Brown and fellow RB Zack Moss (foot) were good to go for Week 6 action, but Brown won't avoid a designation heading into the weekend. While Brown seemingly is in line to be available Sunday, his status won't be confirmed until about 90 minutes before an 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff.

Coach Zac Taylor noted Friday that Brown (quadricep) is good to go for Sunday night's game against the Giants, Geoff Hobson of the Bengals' official site and Ben Baby of ESPN.com report.
EDGE Analysis
The quad injury that limited Brown on Thursday was evidently very minor, and he's in line to continue to share backfield duties with Zack Moss (foot), who also is set to be available this weekend, per Taylor. Through Cincinnati's first five contests, Brown has carried 41 times for 230 yards and two TDs and added 10 catches for 39 yards and another score, while Moss has logged 57 carries for 211 yards and two touchdowns and caught 15 passes for 124 yards and a TD.

Brown was added to the injury report Thursday as a limited practice participant due to a quadriceps injury, Charlie Goldsmith of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
EDGE Analysis
With Zack Moss recovering from a foot injury, there's been some thought Brown could take on a huge workload this Sunday against the Giants. That's still a possibility, only now there's another variable. The Bengals' No. 3 running back, Trayveon Williams, has largely been a special teams player throughout his six-year pro career.

Brown carried the ball 12 times for 46 yards and caught all three of his targets for eight yards in Sunday's 41-38 overtime loss to the Ravens. He also ran in a two-point conversion.
EDGE Analysis
The second-year RB led the Bengals in rushing yards while seeing 15 or more touches for the second straight game. While Brown's usage is already on the upswing, he could have the backfield to himself in Week 6 against the Giants, as Zack Moss suffered an ankle injury late in the fourth quarter Sunday and didn't get another touch the rest of the way.

Brown rushed the ball 15 times for 80 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 34-24 win over the Panthers. He added two receptions on three targets for 12 yards.
EDGE Analysis
After showcasing strong efficiency on limited touches through three games, Brown managed to match Zack Moss' workload in Week 4. That began early on near the goal line when Brown replaced Moss and punched in the team's first touchdown of the day from three yards away. With the team in positive game script for much of the second half, Brown split carries evenly and tallied another touchdown from one yard out while also recording a long run of 20 yards. It's unclear whether Brown has secured this role consistently moving forward, but his usage Sunday was a significant step forward for his fantasy utility.

Brown rushed seven times for 62 yards and caught two of three targets for seven yards in Monday's 38-33 loss to the Commanders.
EDGE Analysis
Brown continued to excel in his current change-of-pace role behind starter Zack Moss (12-58-1) in Monday's primetime loss. The sophomore rusher wound up leading the Bengals in rushing yards despite receiving five less carries than the team's incumbent starter. Brown would need a promotion or an injury to open up playing time to become a trustworthy fantasy option in standard leagues. That said, his strong production on a per-touch basis this season highlights a potential stash option as the season progresses. Those in deeper formats can give the 2023 fifth-round pick a look against the Panthers in Week 4.

Brown rushed four times for 31 yards while also returning a kick for 28 yards in Sunday's 26-25 loss to Kansas City.
EDGE Analysis
Brown was limited to just four touches while playing 13 of the team's 64 offensive snaps, most notably scampering for a 12-yard rush in the fourth quarter. The running back is firmly behind Zack Moss as Cincinnati's No. 2 option in the backfield in the early going as Moss played 51 snaps with the offense. Through two games, Brown has turned seven carries into 42 rushing yards while securing all three of his targets for 12 yards. His 6.0 yards per carry is promising compared to Moss's 3.7 and Brown will likely see his workload increase as the season goes on. After a pair of tough matchups to open the season, Brown will look to get loose against the Commanders' defense that has allowed 241 rushing yards through two games.
