Edwards caught his lone target for an 11-yard gain during Saturday's 26-25 loss to the Dolphins.
EDGE Analysis
Ankle and foot injuries cost Edwards a total of four games between October and November. Even when on the field, however, the third-round rookie has been largely unimpactful. He flashed with four combined receptions for 90 yards between Weeks 2 and 3, but since returning from injury Week 9 against the Chargers, Edwards has yet to exceed one catch or 16 yards in any outing. He remains a depth receiving option as the Raiders move into a Week 17 matchup against the Broncos that is no longer postseason relevant.

Coach Jon Gruden said Friday that Edwards could get a chance to play more over the final two games, Vic Tafur of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Gruden cited the fact that Edwards was in COVID-19 protocol last week for his lack of playing time. Still, Edwards hasn't played more than 32 percent of the offensive snaps since Week 3, a trend that was well-established before entering COVID-19 protocol. However, he could get more reps down the stretch out of necessity if Hunter Renfrow (concussion) is forced to miss any time.

Edwards was not targeted in Sunday's 44-27 loss to the Colts.
EDGE Analysis
Edwards logged 20 offensive snaps for just the second time since the Raiders' Week 6 bye as the Colts grew a large lead in the second half, but the rookie failed to translate his playing time into production. He's gone since Week 3 without a multi-reception effort, and that trend may continue this week on Thursday Night Football against the Chargers.

Edwards failed to reel in his only target in Sunday's 31-28 win over the Jets.
EDGE Analysis
Edwards' role in the Raiders' offense has been severely limited due to the resurgence of Nelson Agholor alongside fellow receivers Henry Ruggs and Hunter Renfrow, while tight end Darren Waller remains a focal point of the team's aerial attack as well. A relatively difficult matchup against the Colts awaits in Week 14.

Edwards caught one pass for 15 yards on two targets in Sunday's 43-6 loss to the Falcons.
EDGE Analysis
Edwards' 19 offensive snaps Sunday more than doubled his amount from the Raiders' Week 11 loss to the Chiefs, but the rookie wide receiver is averaging just 1.25 targets per game since returning from foot and ankle injuries against the Chargers in Week 9. Additional opportunities could appear for Edwards in Week 13 against the winless Jets if the Raiders manage to build a significant lead, however.

Edwards caught one pass for one yard on two targets in Sunday's 35-31 loss to the Chiefs.
EDGE Analysis
Edwards was targeted on two of his nine offensive snaps, but he's seemingly still being eased back into action since his Week 9 return from ankle and foot injuries. The Falcons' secondary has been generous to opposing wide receivers this season, but Edwards remains behind Nelson Agholor, Henry Ruggs and Hunter Renfrow at wide receiver ahead of a Week 12 matchup in Atlanta.

Edwards caught his only target for 16 yards in Sunday's 37-12 win over the Broncos.
EDGE Analysis
Edwards, who saw the field for just one play in Week 9 upon his return from ankle and foot injuries, was somewhat factored back into the mix with a 28-percent snap share Sunday. He figures to remain behind Nelson Agholor, Henry Ruggs and Hunter Renfrow in the pecking order at wide receiver when the Raiders host the Chiefs on Sunday Night Football.

Edwards (foot/ankle) won't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game versus the Chargers.
EDGE Analysis
Edwards hasn't played a snap since Week 3, but now he has two full practices under his belt and is ready for Sunday's divisional tilt. Nelson Agholor has carved out a role in the Raiders' offense, so Edwards likely will operate as the No. 4 wide receiver behind Agholor, Henry Ruggs and Hunter Renfrow. Edwards should have an opportunity to secure more responsibility once he's eased into the lineup.

Edwards (foot/ankle) was a full participant in Thursday's practice.
EDGE Analysis
Edwards hasn't suited up for game action since Week 3 in New England, but his ability to practice fully Thursday would seem to indicate that he's on track to return against the Chargers on Sunday. Given how cautious the Raiders have been regarding Edwards' recovery, the team could opt to ease him back to action behind Henry Ruggs, Nelson Agholor and Hunter Renfrow, rather than counting on the rookie to immediately re-enter the starting rotation.

Edwards (foot/ankle) was a limited practice participant Wednesday, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Edwards practiced last week for the first time since injuring his foot and ankle Week 3, but three consecutive limited showings wasn't enough for the Raiders to clear the rookie third-round pick for action. He's kicking off this week in the same fashion, so it'll be interesting to see if he can elevate to all activity by week's end. If Edwards is unable to make the requisite progress, Henry Ruggs, Nelson Agholor and Hunter Renfrow will be the team's most utilized wide receivers Sunday against the Chargers.
