Robison (glue) was a full participant in Friday's practice and is probable against Washington. Robison has just 1.5 sacks this season despite the defensive line overall putting up strong sack totals, so he may be a candidate to get more sacks if defenses focus on Everson Griffen (who has eight sacks). It doesn't look like Robison's injury will be a concern this weekend.

Robison, who missed Wednesday's practice with a glute injury, was a limited participant in Thursday's practice, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports. The injury sounds minor, but watch to see if Robison can practice Friday.

Robison had three tackles and a sack in Sunday's win over Tampa Bay. Robison has just 1.5 sacks this season despite the defensive line overall putting up strong sack totals. Perhaps he'll record more sacks if opposing offensive lines give Everson Griffen (who has eight sacks) extra attention.

Robison had one tackle and one quarterback hit in Sunday's win over St. Louis Although he didn't register a sack, Robinson had a good game against the run. As one of Minnesota's main pass rushers, he'll get more chances at sacks.

The St. Paul Pioneer Press confirms Brian Robison will remain at left end this season. Robison graded out as a top-ten 4-3 pass rusher by Pro Football Focus last year, but will continue to get the majority of his snaps at left end with Everson Griffen taking over for Jared Allen. The Vikings also added depth to their defensive line by signing Corey Wootton, who figures to see playing time behind Robison as a situational run stopper.

Vikings signed DE Brian Robison to a four-year contract extension. Robison was set to hit unrestricted free agency after this season. Instead, the Vikings lock up their quietly productive left end. Robison started 31 games between 2011-12, compiling 16.5 sacks, 81 tackles and seven batted passes. So far this year, he's graded out as ProFootballFocus' No. 13 4-3 end out of 49 qualifiers.

Vikings DE Brian Robison (shoulder) is officially questionable, but expects to play in Sunday's season finale against the Packers. "I'm sure Sunday it's going to be painful," Robison said on Friday. "But bottom line is we're trying to clinch a playoff spot and we need all hands on deck." Robison suffered a Grade 3 sprain of the AC joint in his right shoulder on Dec. 16 at St. Louis and sat out last weekend's win at Houston, which set up Sunday's win-and-in situation against the Packers at the Metrodome. Coach Leslie Frazier said he'd ultimately lean on Robison to make the decision.

Vikings DE Brian Robison (shoulder) returned to practice Friday and is listed as questionable for Week 16. "We'll talk a little bit more about how we want to proceed with him. But he did enough in practice (Friday) to create some encouragement amongst our staff and his teammates as well," said coach Leslie Frazier. Robison suffered a Grade 3 sprain of his right shoulder in last weekend's win at St. Louis. He left the locker room in a sling and didn't practice on Wednesday or Thursday. If Robison sits, Everson Griffin will start at left end.
