Quick was a late addition to the Los Angeles injury report due to a calf ailment, leaving him questionable for Sunday's game in Detroit.
EDGE Analysis
Mid-week additions are always worrisome, particularly on Friday when kickoff is less than 48 hours away. However, Quick did still practice in some capacity, which suggests his calf injury isn't serious. Though he only has 18 targets through five weeks, his absence would have a real impact on the Rams offense, as three of his 11 receptions have gone for more than 30 yards. Quick was held scoreless last week after scoring three touchdowns between Weeks 3 and 4, but he still managed to top 50 yards for a third straight game. Bradley Marquez, Mike Thomas and Pharoh Cooper would be the favorites to assume the No. 3 wideout role if Quick can't play.

Quick caught three of four targets for 51 yards during Sunday's loss to the Bills.
EDGE Analysis
The three receptions tied a season high for Quick, as the veteran receiver's fantasy value remains touchdown dependent. He has caught 11 of his 18 targets for 204 yards and three scores through five games this season. Pair his low volume in the passing game with underwhelming quarterback play from Case Keenum (30th-ranked fantasy QB thus far), and Quick is unreliable most weeks. A date with Detroit is a favorable matchup in Week 6, though.

Quick caught two passes for 69 yards and two touchdowns in Los Angeles' Week 4 win at Arizona.
EDGE Analysis
In what was a defensive battle, Quick's two touchdown's came up big, playing a huge role in the game's final result. His strong performance was coupled with quarterback Case Keenum playing his best game of the season. A lack of targets was a concern for Quick last week, but he received a season high six targets on Sunday, a positive sign for the fifth-year wideout. With the Rams' returning home for a Week 5 matchup with Buffalo, Quick could see his run of solid performances continue.

Quick secured both of his targets for 53 yards and one touchdown in the Rams' 37-32 victory over the Buccaneers on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
The Rams entered Week 3 without a single touchdown to its name, but on the team's first possession on Sunday, Quick connected with QB Case Keenum on a deep route for a 44-yard score. Notably, that catch represented the first Los Angeles Rams touchdown since 1994. However, the former second-rounder was only targeted once afterword as fellow wideouts Tavon Austin and Kenny Britt largely commanded the rest of Keenum's attention for the remainder of the contest. Due to his nature as a low-volume receiver in a low-volume passing offense, Quick likely won't make for a viable fantasy option on a consistent basis moving forward, but his outlook definitely appears a little rosier than it did prior to this weekend since the team was finally able to show some sign of life on offense. Next up for Quick and the Rams is a Week 4 matchup on the road against the Cardinals.

Quick recorded an eight-yard reception on one target in Sunday's win over Seattle.
EDGE Analysis
There ended up being room to go down following Quick's 23-yard game in Week 1. Quick has never been a consistent target, but it's also hard to blame him here. The Rams have some of the weakest quarterback play in the league - making so-so receivers like Quick not even worth a spot to fill in during bye weeks.

Quick caught three passes (on five targets) for 23 yards in Monday night's loss to the 49ers.
EDGE Analysis
Quick's five targets trailed only teammates Tavon Austin and Kenny Britt on the night, which could prove a sign of things to come this season. Although the Rams' quarterback situation makes production hard to come by, his standing as the team's No. 3 wideout at least lends itself to a decent proportion of looks, even if Los Angeles' running game is rightfully the focus of its offense.

Quick made the final roster, the Los Angeles Daily News reports.
EDGE Analysis
Quick and Pharoh Cooper (shoulder) were competing for the No. 3 wide receiver job, and while the rookie emerged as a favorite for the role, he probably won't be available Week 1 in San Francisco. The 27-year-old Quick still faces a difficult path to fantasy relevance, likely serving as the No. 3/4 wideout in what figures to be a run-oriented offense. He caught just 10 of 32 targets for 102 yards in 13 games last season, failing to build on the promise he displayed early in 2014 before suffering a career-threatening shoulder injury.

Quick caught three passes (on three targets) for 15 yards in Saturday's preseason loss to the Broncos.
EDGE Analysis
Behind Tavon Austin and Kenny Britt in the Rams' wideout pecking order, Quick and Pharoh Cooper appear to be jostling for the No. 3 slot, with Saturday's three-catch effort a boost to Quick's hopes on that front, after having been recently called out for his pass drops by coach Jeff Fisher.

Rams head coach Jeff Fisher did not mention Quick when discussing the team's competition at wide receiver during Thursday's media session, Vincent Bonsignore of the LA Daily News reports.
EDGE Analysis
This may have just been an honest mistake, as the Rams have a slew of wideouts competing for slotting behind Kenny Britt and Tavon Austin. In fact, Quick got work with the first-team offense in the Rams' preseason opener, making his only catch (a 13-yarder) on the second drive of the game. He did then play deep into the second quarter, which suggests he still needs to earn a role.

Quick signed an undisclosed one-year contract with the Rams on Tuesday, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Rams have to be hoping Quick bounces back in 2016 after a rough campaign last year. He had only 10 catches for 102 yards, but was recovering from possible career-ending shoulder surgery. He was a very minor part of the offense in 2015 but as the Rams are bringing him back, they must have a plan to perhaps increase his role.
