The Steelers haven't ruled out re-signing free agents Brett Keisel and James Harrison. Specifically, GM Kevin Colbert said the team hasn't ruled out signing "anybody." Keisel, who turns 36 in September, has made no-known visits since hitting the open market in March. He'd be an option behind LE Cam Thomas in Pittsburgh.

The soon-to-be 36-year-old wouldn't be asked to play a full complement of snaps should be be re-signed, but Keisel could help mentor rookie DE Stephon Tuitt and the other young defensive linemen on the Steelers.

ESPN's Scott Brown believes the Steelers could be waiting until after June 1 to re-sign free agent Brett Keisel. Keisel hasn't received any free-agent interest to this point, but remains committed to playing this season. He could be used in a rotation opposite Cameron Heyward, with rookie Stephon Tuitt, Cam Thomas, and Nick Williams also in the mix for snaps. The Steelers currently have just $357,896 in cap space, but will be getting back $2.41 million next month from releasing LaMarr Woodley.
