Brandon Lloyd (knee) was limited in Tuesday's practice. Lloyd has been limited in practices since late October. Although he was replaced in two-wide sets by Julian Edelman last week, Lloyd could see more snaps in increased three-wide packages with Rob Gronkowski out of the lineup.

Brandon Lloyd played on just 34-of-61 offensive snaps in the Patriots' Week 11 blowout of the Colts. Lloyd did not play in the majority of two-wide sets, leading to the first time this season that he has been third among wideouts in snaps. Wes Welker led the way with 57 snaps and Julian Edelman recorded 52. Lloyd ended up with just four catches for 45 yards, a familiar line for a guy averaging just 52.5 yards per game on the season. The only glimmer of hope here is that the Patriots figure to use three-wide formations more often now thanks to Rob Gronkowski's forearm injury. Still, we can't trust Lloyd as anything more than a WR3 against the Jets on Thanksgiving.

Brandon Lloyd caught four passes for 45 yards in New England's Week 11 rout of the Colts. A starter in each of New England's first nine games, Lloyd technically came off the bench behind Julian Edelman. It's a vaguely concerning development, though Lloyd's use remained the same as it has all season. He's now failed to clear 45 yards in each of his past four games, and is averaging just 52.5 on the season. It's long past time to abandon dreams of Lloyd being an every-week WR2 in New England's explosive offense.

Brandon Lloyd (knee) remained limited in Wednesday's practice, and is officially questionable for Week 11. This is Lloyd's new routine. He'll play and start against the Colts Sunday. He's Rotoworld's No. 27 receiver in a strong matchup with Indy's banged-up secondary.

Brandon Lloyd (knee) remained limited in Thursday's practice. Lloyd seemingly hasn't been "full" in months, but is always ready on Sundays. He's Chris Wesseling's No. 27 wideout for Week 11.

Brandon Lloyd (knee) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice. It's the same old, same old in New England. Lloyd has been consistently limited in practice over the last several weeks before eventually playing. We fully expect him to suit up on Sunday against the Colts.

Brandon Lloyd caught five passes for 45 yards in Week 10 against the Bills. Lloyd's relatively down season continues on another week. The 31-year-old was targeted on just six of Tom Brady's 38 pass attempts. Lloyd's contributions go beyond the box score, though. He drew two pass interference calls in the end zone, and they both helped set up Patriot touchdowns. We would still continue to start Lloyd weekly. He'll see a banged up Indianapolis secondary in Week 11.

Brandon Lloyd (knee) is active and will start against the Bills in Week 10. Lloyd was listed as questionable on the injury report coming out of the Patriots' Week 9 bye, but he was never seriously in question of playing. Coach Bill Belechick continues to play the injury report game. After finding the end zone twice in Week 8, Lloyd is a must-start against Buffalo's second-worst defense on Sunday.

Brandon Lloyd (knee, questionable) was limited in Patriots practice Friday. Lloyd had the Week 9 bye to rest whatever was ailing him. And we suspect nothing was ailing him at all; the Patriots love listing guys as questionable to keep their opponents on their toes. Look for Lloyd to start versus Buffalo.
