Lloyd is unlikely to re-sign with the 49ers, the Sacramento Bee reports.Lloyd will be 34 years old by the start of next season, and there's no guarantee that he finds a spot on an NFL roster. At best, he'll likely have to settle for a job as a team's fourth or fifth receiver.

Lloyd caught his only target for 14 yards in Sunday's season finale against the Cardinals.
Lloyd showed glimpses of his former glory early in the season, but was used sparingly and finished with 294 yards and a touchdown on 14 receptions. At age 33, he will be entering free agency and could latch on with a team in a similar role to the one he served in San Francisco, but his days of fantasy usefulness are over.

Lloyd (quad) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Raiders.
Lloyd was listed as probable, so this deactivation may be more of a coach's decision and less of an injury issue. He has just one catch in the last month.

Lloyd (quadriceps) is listed as active for Thursday's game against the Seahawks.
Lloyd hasn't caught a pass since Week 9, so he needs to demonstrate some productivity before he regains any stretch run fantasy utility.

Lloyd (quadriceps) was listed as probable for Thursday's contest versus the Seahawks, the 49ers' official site reports.
While Lloyd is poised to receive his normal limited snap count, he hasn't made a mark in the box score (on three combined targets) for three consecutive contests. Consequently, the veteran is as unpalatable of a WR option as they come.

Lloyd (quadriceps) was a full participant in Tuesday's practice, the San Jose Mercury News reports.
Lloyd was on the injury report with the quad issue last week but still suited up against Washington, and he doesn't appear to be in danger of sitting against Seattle, even on a short week. That said, Lloyd will make for a very unappealing play, having failed to earn single a target in any of his last three games.

Lloyd (hamstring) is active for Sunday's game against the Saints.
Lloyd practiced on a limited basis all week, and while he'll be out there Sunday, he's a tough play given that he's garnered just one target in two of the last three games, and has not caught more than three passes in any game this season.

Lloyd (hamstring) is questionable for Sunday's game against New Orleans.
Lloyd managed to practice all week in a limited capacity, so he seems to have a good chance at suiting up Sunday. He's not seeing enough targets to reliably capitalize on his average of 11.4 yards per target, but he has shown reliable off-the-bench big-play ability for San Francisco this year.

Lloyd (hamstring) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, the 49ers' official site reports.
Prior to his Week 9 dud -- one catch for 10 yards -- Lloyd had put together some consistency in the previous four contests, averaging 2.3 receptions (on 4.3 targets) for 61.8 yards, which he supplemented with an 80-yard touchdown. In reality, though, his usage is too sparse to consider outside of deeper formats, as his season-high in snaps resides at 43.

Lloyd caught three of his six targets for 63 yards in Sunday's blowout loss to the Broncos.
Lloyd followed his one-catch, 80-yard touchdown day with a more reasonable output Sunday. The 33-year-old is showing that he still has plenty of gas left in the tank. He is still too far down the depth chart to be relied upon in standard leagues, but the 49ers are showing increased confidence in the veteran. Lloyd is worth monitoring in deeper leagues in case any of the 49ers' starting wide outs go down with injury.
