Klein led the Saints with seven tackles (five solo) in Sunday's win against the Ravens.
EDGE Analysis
Klein played 50 of the Saints' 68 offensive snaps, as the outside linebacker has continued to see the majority of the playing time at outside linebacker after splitting snaps in Week 1. While Klein does not offer much outside of tackles -- he does not have a sack or interception this year -- he remains a decent source of low-end tackle production for owners in deeper IDP leagues.

Klein had nine tackles (six solo) in Sunday's win against the Browns.
EDGE Analysis
A week after playing just 38 percent of the team's defensive snaps, Klein saw 48 of the Saints' 62 defensive snaps (77 percent) in Week 2 -- significantly more than Klein's main competitors for playing time, Manti Te'o (35 snaps) and Alex Anzalone (23 snaps). Klein's nine tackles also tied for the team lead in this game. For at least one week, Klein appears to have surged to the top of the linebacker committee, but it remains difficult to predict how Klein, Te'o and Anzalone will be deployed on a weekly basis.

Klein had two tackles (one solo) in Sunday's loss to the Buccaneers. He played 25 of the Saints' 66 defensive snaps.
EDGE Analysis
While Demario Davis played every defensive snap, Klein, Manti Te'o (27 snaps) and Alex Anzalone (34 snaps) each saw a roughly equal amount of playing time in the opener, with only Anzalone -- who had a forced fumble -- doing much of note in an ugly defensive performance. It's only one week so it may be too early to rush to judgment, but if Klein, Te'o and Anzalone continue to split snaps, it may be difficult for IDP owners to trust any Saints linebacker except Davis.

Klein is listed as the starting strong side linebacker in the Saints' first unofficial depth chart, reports the New Orleans Times-Picayune.
EDGE Analysis
Klein was the Saints' starting middle linebacker for most of last season -- relegating Manti Te'o to a backup role -- so it comes as a surprise that Te'o is listed as the middle-linebacker starter, with Klein and Demario Davis manning the outside spots. That said, it was possible that Klein could lose his grip on a starting job following the offseason addition of Davis, so it's probably a good thing for Klein's fantasy stock that he's listed as a starter at all.

Klein (groin) is optimistic that he will be a full-go in time for offseason training activities in the spring, reports the New Orleans Times-Picayune.
EDGE Analysis
In his first season in New Orleans, Klein appeared in 12 games -- all starts -- before suffering a season-ending groin injury in Week 14. The Saints placed Klein on injured reserve in Week 16 and he finished the season with 54 tackles (37 solo), two sacks, four passes defensed and a forced fumble. While Manti Te'o filled in admirably in his absence, Klein is expected to return as a full-time starter next season and should be a useful fantasy option in IDP leagues.

Klein (groin) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday, Josh Katzenstein of The Times-Picayune reports.
EDGE Analysis
Klein was inactive this past Sunday due to a groin injury he suffered in Week 14's loss to the Falcons and the Saints have now decided to officially end the linebacker's season. Klein posted career-highs across the board in his first season with New Orleans, ending his campaign with 54 tackles (37 solo), four passes defensed, two sacks and a forced fumble in 12 games. Look for Manti Te'o to see increased defensive reps for the remainder of the season with Klein sidelined.

Klein (groin) was ruled out for Sunday's game against the Jets, Nick Underhill of The Baton Rouge Advocate reports.
EDGE Analysis
Klein was unable to practice this week after suffering the injury in last Thursday's loss to the Falcons, and will hope to potentially make a return against the Falcons in Week 16. Gerald Hodges and Manti Te'o are likely to see increased snaps at strong-side linebacker in his absence.

Klein is expected to miss additional time due to the groin injury he suffered in Thursday's 20-17 loss to the Falcons, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Saints already entered the Week 14 contest with several injuries on defense, and things only got worse during the game with Klein, defensive end Trey Hendrickson (ankle) and safety Kenny Vaccaro (groin) all departing early. Though New Orleans will benefit from nine full days off before their next game Dec. 17 against the Jets, Klein doesn't look like he'll be ready to play by that point. The starting linebacker has been a key contributor at the second level this season, providing 54 tackles, four pass breakups, two sacks and a forced fumble in 12 games.

Klein suffered a groin injury Thursday against the Falcons and is questionable to return, Larry Holder of NOLA.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Klein injured his groin early in the contest and was taken back to the locker room for further evaluation. Look for more updates to come relatively soon, with Gerald Hodges and Manti Te'o likely to see increased defensive reps in Klein's absence.

Klein had five tackles (three solo) and a sack in Sunday's win against the Panthers.
EDGE Analysis
The sack was only Klein's second of the season but the Saints' starting middle linebacker continues to post solid, if not spectacular, numbers in his first season in New Orleans. Klein should remain a quality IDP option so long as he's healthy.
