Clayborn was held to just one solo tackle against the Seahawks on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
Clayborn posted a monstrous six sacks against the Cowboys in Week 10, but of course that type of performance isn't explicable. His Week 11 matchup was highlighted by one fumble recovery, but it isn't much of a change from most of his outings, as his only game with more than two tackles was his six-sack game.

Clayborn set a Falcons franchise record with six sacks in Sunday's 27-7 win over the Cowboys. He was credited with six tackles, two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery during the contest.
EDGE Analysis
The Dallas offensive line sorely missed the presence of four-time Pro Bowl left tackle Tyron Smith (groin) on Sunday, as Clayborn, who had entered the game with just two sacks in eight games, made life miserable all day for Smith's replacements, Chaz Green and Byron Bell. Clayborn became the first player since Osi Umenyiora in 2007 to record at least six sacks in a game, and just the fourth since 1982, when the NFL first recorded sacks as an official statistic. While Clayborn's eye-popping performance will surely make him a popular pickup in IDP formats, it may be more optimal for fantasy owners to instead turn their attention to the Eagles' primary edge rushers, Brandon Graham and Vinny Curry, who could similarly thrive against the Cowboys in Week 11 if Smith misses another game.

Clayborn (biceps) saw five snaps in the Falcons preseason loss to the Steelers on Sunday.
EDGE Analysis
Clayborn had surgery on his biceps after suffering a tear in January. He was originally expected to face a five-month recovery timetable, which has since lingered into training camp. After seeing limited work in practice, the veteran finally made his return to the field Sunday. Barring any setbacks, he is seemingly on track for full health entering Week 1 of the regular season, and projects to be a rotational defensive end for the team.

Clayborn has been medically cleared to play following his recovery from biceps surgery, D. Orlando Ledbetter of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
EDGE Analysis
Clayborn is still expected to see his reps limited to about 50 percent during the early stages of camp, according to coach Dan Quinn. Clayborn figures to rotate at defensive end again in 2017, having made 7.5 sacks over the past two seasons.

Clayborn (biceps) is expected to be recovered in time for training camp, Matt Winkeljohn of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
EDGE Analysis
Clayborn tore his biceps during the Falcons' divisional-round matchup with the Seahawks and needed over four months of rehab this offseason. Considering the timing of his injury was in mid-January, a return for training camp always seemed more likely than not anyway.

Clayborn (biceps) faces about four more months of recovery, Vaughn McClure of ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Clayborn stated that he faced a five-month recovery from when his torn biceps occurred Jan. 14, so by that measure he faces about four months left in his recovery process. That puts his return at some time in mid-June, so he should be ready for 2017's training camp.

Clayborn (biceps) started rehab on his torn biceps Wednesday, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
EDGE Analysis
Clayborn, who's entering the last year of his current contract, sustained a torn biceps in the Falcons' divisional-round matchup with the Seahawks and sat our the remainder of the playoffs. It isn't clear if his rehab will prevent him from participating in team workouts come April, but there at least doesn't appear to be any concern over his availability for the start of the 2017 season.

Clayborn (biceps) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday, Field Yates of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Clayborn sprained his biceps Saturday against the Seahawks, ending his season. In 13 games, Clayborn recorded 22 tackles and 4.5 sacks. The Falcons promoted Joe Vellano from the practice squad in a corresponding move. Expect to see increased reps from Ra'Shede Hageman and Dwight Freeney in Sunday's NFC Championship showdown with the Packers.

Clayborn (torn biceps) will miss the rest of the postseason, ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Clayborn went down in Saturday's divisional-round victory over the Seahawks. As Atlanta's second-highest leader in sacks, his absence downgrades the Falcons' pass rush and will likely result in more playing time for Ra'Shede Hageman and Dwight Freeney.

Clayborn (biceps) won't return to Saturday's divisional-round game versus the Seahawks, Kelsey Conway of the Falcons' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
The pass-rushing specialist hasn't been seen much since tearing the MCL and meniscus in his knee in Week 12, appearing in parts of three (of a possible six) contests. If the Falcons pull off the win Saturday, his status will be monitored closely in advance of the NFC championship game.
