A second-round selection by the Spurs in 2013, Thomas spent the previous two seasons overseas before returning stateside to compete for a roster spot this summer. Thomas struggled to see the court in the preseason, however, and as a result, the Spurs will announce their rights to the 24-year-old. Expect Thomas to return overseas or look for an opportunity in the D-League this season.

Thomas was drafted by the Spurs with the 58th pick in the 2013 NBA Draft and spent last season playing overseas as well. While every player whose draft rights are held by the Spurs are interesting due to the fact that the Spurs like them, Thomas' prospects for fantasy are distant at this point. Even if he was to return to play for the Spurs in a year or two, it's hard to see him ever carving out a sizable role, making his potential dynasty value tepid at best.
