Foye was traded from Denver to the Thunder on Thursday in exchange for D.J. Augustin, Steve Novak, and two second-round picks, Ken Berger of CBS Sports reports.
EDGE Analysis
Foye figures to provide depth at multiple positions in the Thunder's backcourt, including as a third-string option at point guard behind Russell Westbrook and Cameron Payne, while also splitting time with Andre Roberson and Dion Waiters at shooting guard. As a 32-year-old with years of experience in the league, Foye will provide a veteran presence on a team in Oklahoma City who's going all in for a championship run before Kevin Durant possibly leaves in free agency after the season. Foye averaged 6.0 points, 1.9 rebounds, 2.1 assists, and 20 minutes per game through 54 games with the Nuggets during the 2015-16 season.

Foye is averaging 6.8 points (on 50% shooting from the field), 2.7 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1.5 three-pointers, and 0.8 steals in 21.8 minutes through six February appearances.
EDGE Analysis
Foye has seen his role expand a little bit since the beginning of the month after Jameer Nelson (wrist) suffered a setback that has since put him back on the shelf. Nelson's injury has forced coach Mike Malone to deploy Foye as the backup at point guard to Emmanuel Mudiay, but the move hasn't had a huge effect on Foye's assist totals. Instead, Foye's making his biggest impact as a bench scorer and arguably the team's top three-point threat.

Foye found his shooting touch on Monday, going 6-of-7 from the field and 4-of-5 from beyond the arc for 16 points to go with five rebounds, three assists, two blocks, and one steal in 24 minutes during the Nuggets' 112-93 win over the Raptors.
EDGE Analysis
Foye got hot on Monday and sank all but one of his field goal attempts. He did turn the ball over three times, but overall it was a solid showing for the veteran. The fact that the Nuggets are not committed to playing Foye for 20 minutes per night makes him tough to trust in most leagues, but the 32-year-old Villanova product can still get it done on occasion. .

Foye accumulated six points (2-7 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 2-3 FT) and one assist across 21 minutes in Thursday's 102-101 loss to the Grizzlies.
EDGE Analysis
Foye's unsuccessful showing from three-point range has been a regular occurence lately, and has hurt his claim to consistent court time. Since connecting on 7-of-16 treys en route to a 31-point performance back on Dec. 23 against the Suns, Foye is shooting a woeful 30.8 percent from downtown over his last 14 contests.

Foye returned to a bench role for Saturday's 101-86 loss to the Spurs and finished with nine points (3-9 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five assists, one rebound, and one steal across 27 minutes.
EDGE Analysis
After going off for a season-high 31 points while making a spot start at point guard Wednesday for the ill Jameer Nelson, Foye rejoined the second unit and saw a 13-minute reduction in playing time. The Nuggets are dealing with several injuries up and down the roster that could allow Foye to uphold a regular 20-plus minute role for the time being, but he likely won't bring much fantasy value aside from three-point production.

Foye exploded for 31 points (12-27 FG, 7-16 3Pt, 0-1 FT), six assists, and two rebounds in 40 minutes in Wednesday's 104-96 win against the Suns.
EDGE Analysis
Foye started for the injured Emmanuel Mudiay and Jameer Nelson on Wednesday and made the most of his opportunity. Having said that, he's not likely going to maintain this role for long, so don't expect him to have many more games like these moving forward.

Foye will start at point guard against the Suns on Wednesday, Paul Coro of the Arizona Republic.
EDGE Analysis
Foye is starting in place of the injured Emmanuel Mudiay and Jameer Nelson. Expect his role as a ball-handler, and Gary Harris's, if he is able to play, to be increased heavily with both of these backcourt players out.

Foye scored a season-high 19 points (7-9 FG, 5-6 3Pt) during 25 minutes off the bench in Tuesday's 112-100 win against the T-Wolves.
EDGE Analysis
Foye also turned in a couple assists, rebounds and steals in his best game of the season. He was almost perfect from beyond the arc, and while the game was impressive, it probably doesn't warrant anything crazy like a waiver claim.

Foye posted just five points (2-3 FG, 1-2 3Pt), two rebounds, and one assist in 17 minutes in Tuesday's 85-74 loss to the Magic.
EDGE Analysis
Foye is starting for the injured Gary Harris (concussion), but isn't performing up to standards in spite of increased minutes. He did put up 12 and 11 points in two games prior to Tuesday, but teammate Will Barton (23 points, 38 minutes) completely outplayed him in his most recent performance. When Harris does return, any value Foye holds will be eclipsed, so the window of riding him is closing fast.

Foye started for the Nuggets during Wednesday's loss to the Bulls.
EDGE Analysis
Foye has started the past three games at shooting guard for Denver as Gary Harris (concussion) has been ruled out. However, Foye should head back to the bench when the Nuggets face the Raptors on Thursday seeing that Harris has cleared concussion protocol.
