It was overall excellent game for Dozier, who has quietly asserted himself as a three category fantasy option. Through 10 games, Dozier appears poised to far exceed his 2017-18 G League numbers, as the 22-year-old is averaging 19.5 points, 6.8 rebounds and 5.0 assists -- all of which would represent career-highs were the season to end today.

Dozier posted 22 points (9-21 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 1-4 FT), 10 rebounds, four assists and two steals over 35 minutes in Thursday's 113-101 home loss to the Canton Charge.

Outside of some issues from the charity stripe, this was another encouraging game for the two-way contract forward. Through the first three games of the season, Dozier is averaging an impressive 19.3 points, 8.3 boards and 5.0 assists from 34 minutes per contest. Crustacean Nation looks to turn things around Saturday at Fort Wayne.

Dozier was assigned to the Maine Red Claws of the G-League on Monday.

There won't be many minutes available for Dozier in Boston this season, so he is likely to remain in Maine for most of it.

Dozier had a great overall performance Wednesday, recording a mark in each major statistical category and scoring in double figures. Aside from a slow start to the season, the rookie from South Carolina has scored consistently in double digits, as his season average of 12.6 points reflects.

Undrafted out of South Carolina, Dozier initially landed with the Mavs but was waived by the team over the weekend. Dozier is still very much raw as a prospect, but he has an intriguing combination of height, length and athleticism and make him worthy of a flyer. From a fantasy perspective, however, Dozier shouldn't be on most owners' radar.
