The second-year big man will likely see the majority of his playing time in the G League, though he'll presumably stick around with the parent club for as long as the 76ers are without Joel Embiid (foot) and Andre Drummond (toe) due to injuries.

The 24-year-old will likely return to the G League after having been waived, and he had averaged 12.0 points, 7.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.8 blocks across 33.5 minutes per game in four outings with the 76ers' G League affiliate, the Delaware Blue Coats.

However, the Cavs have no remaining two-way spots, and Nance should be considered a long shot to make the roster.

The Cavaliers retain his G League rights, so even if he isn't re-signed to the NBA roster, Nance will report to the Cleveland Charge.
