Vonleh (glute) is questionable for Wednesday's contest against the Bucks, Kyle Ratke of the Timberwolves' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Vonleh missed Monday's game against the Nets due to a left gluteal contusion, and it's possible he misses a second straight contest. More information on his condition may arrive following the Timberwolves' morning shootaround.

Vonleh (back) won't be available for Monday's game against Brooklyn.
EDGE Analysis
Vonleh will miss Monday's matchup due to a left gluteal bruise. Jordan Bell and Keita Bates-Diop could see more time as a result.

Vonleh is questionable for Monday's game against the Nets due to a left gluteal contusion.
EDGE Analysis
Vonleh was a late addition to the injury report, and an update on his status should come closer to tipoff. He's seen an uptick in minutes off the bench of late with Karl-Anthony Towns (knee) and Jake Layman (toe) out.

Vonleh has not made an appearance since Nov. 23 against Phoenix.
EDGE Analysis
The 23-year-old played in Minnesota's first 13 games of the 2019-20 season, averaging 4.4 points and 3.8 rebounds in 13 minutes. He has played only one game since, which would suggest head coach Ryan Saunders seems to prefer other options right now. Big men Gorgui Dieng, Treveon Graham and Keita Bates-Diop have all seen stable double-digit minutes amidst Vonleh's exclusion from the team.

Vonleh will start at power forward during Saturday's game against the Suns.
EDGE Analysis
The Timberwolves are dealing with a variety of injuries, so Vonleh sees himself in an expanded role. It will be his first start of the season.

Vonleh (coach's decision) didn't see the floor in Monday's 112-102 win over the Jazz.
EDGE Analysis
Gorgui Dieng stepped into the rotation in place of Vonleh, backing up starting center Karl-Anthony Towns. Vonleh's move to the bench was odd timing after he grabbed a season-high eight rebounds in 13 minutes during Saturday's 125-105 loss to the Rockets. Even if Vonleh eventually takes back a rotation spot from Dieng, his ceiling for production will be low with Towns entrenched in a 35-plus-minute role.

Vonleh did not score or attempt a shot and had just one rebound in five minutes in Sunday's overtime loss to Denver.
EDGE Analysis
Vonleh has seen his limited role off the bench reduced even further the past two games as he played just nine minutes Friday. Vonleh couldn't get significant minutes even when Karl-Anthony Towns was suspended two games, so he looks far down the depth chart at this point.

Vonleh scored five points (1-7 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT) with six rebounds in 16 minutes in Monday's loss to Milwaukee.
EDGE Analysis
Gorgui Dieng has been the surprise starter at power forward with Karl-Anthony Towns serving a two-game suspension rather than Vonleh. Towns will return Wednesday, so Vonleh will continue to have a lesser role off the bench. He's played between 13 and 16 minutes in every game this season.

Vonleh (1-3 FG, 0-2 3Pt) scored two points with four rebounds, two steals and an assist in 14 minutes in Wednesday's win at Brooklyn.
EDGE Analysis
Vonleh worked as the primary backup at center and power forward as neither Gorgui Dieng nor Jordan Bell was used in the game. His reserve role will have him playing at a pace less than the 25.3 minutes per game he logged last year with the Knicks.

Vonleh has agreed to a one-year contract with the Timberwolves, Jon Krawczynski of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Vonleh is coming off the best year of his career and started 57 of his 68 appearances with the Knicks. Capable of playing both power forward and center, Vonleh should provide extra frontcourt help for the Wolves. However, it's unlikely he'll reach the 25.3 minutes per game he saw last year given the presence of Karl-Anthony Towns, Gorgui Dieng, Jordan Bell, Robert Covington and Treveon Graham.
