Collison played 17 minutes in Monday's loss to the Grizzlies, scoring two points (1-4 FG, 0-1 3Pt) while collecting four rebounds, two blocks, and an assist.
EDGE Analysis
After failing to see the court in three of the Thunder's first seven games, Collison has enjoyed a more regular spot in coach Billy Donovan's rotation of late, logging minutes in the teens in each of the last three contests. Collison's increased role has been detrimental to second-year power forward Mitch McGary, who has seen just three minutes of court time during that three-game span.

Collison (rest) will sit out of the Thunder's Friday night preseason game, Anthony Slater of the Oklahoman reports.
EDGE Analysis
The team is simply giving the 34-year-old veteran a night of rest during the preseason. Collison will provide depth in the frontcourt for the Thunder this season, but won't get the minutes necessary to provide much fantasy value.

Collison (knee) recorded six points (3-6 FG, 0-1 3Pt) and three rebounds in Wednesday's win over the Timberwolves.
EDGE Analysis
Collison had a scope on his right knee during the offseason, but it never threatened his availability for the start of training camp. The veteran forward is again in line to fill out the Thunder's reserve ranks in the post, but don't expect him to see much more than 15-to-20 minutes per game.

Collison (knee) underwent arthroscopic surgery on his right knee Thursday and will be able to resume basketball activities in four to six weeks, Royce Young of DailyThunder.com reports.
Collison battled through ankle injuries during the end of the regular season and apparently also dealt with issues in his right knee as well. The relatively short timetable for Collison's return indicates that he'll be ready to resume basketball activities over the summer.

Collison finished the 2014-15 season with averages of 4.1 points, 3.8 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 16.7 minutes per game across 66 appearances (two starts) for the Thunder.
Collison, at 34 years old, matched his career-low minutes average from last season, but he also played 15 fewer games this season. The veteran big man's on-court role has been reduced over the years, even if he remains a consummate teammate and mentor for Oklahoma City's younger players. Still, with his contract now expired, it will be interesting to see if Collison returns for another run with the Thunder next season.

Collison (ankle) made his return to the court against the Kings on Friday. He finished with five points, seven rebounds, and one steal in 20 minutes.
Collison was off the court for multiple weeks but managed to take on his normal role off the bench Friday. As a result he should be able to do the same during the last few games of the season ahead of a potential playoff birth.

Collison (ankle) will come off the bench in Friday's game against the Kings, The Oklahoman reports.
Collison has been off the court since Mar. 20 and will likely be eased back into action Friday as he works his way back from a sprained ankle. He should compete for playing time with Enes Kanter and Mitch McGary moving forward.

Collison (ankle) will be a game-time call Friday against the Kings, Darnell Mayberry of The Oklahoman reports.
Collison was evaluated during a workout Thursday, and his ankle checked out to the point that the team feels comfortable giving him the "game-time decision" designation. If he does play, however, he isn't likely to be a major factor.

Collison (ankle) will go through a workout Thursday, Anthony Slater of The Oklahoman reports.
The Thunder said Sunday that Collison is not close to returning, but he's made some progress over the last few days, and he'll work out Thursday to give the team an opportunity to evaluate his progress. Collison seems unlikely to play Friday versus Sacramento, though more will be known following the workout.

Collison (ankle) is not close to making a return, Darnell Mayberry of The Oklahoman reports.
Collison is seemingly in danger of missing the rest of the regular season, and there's no guarantee the Thunder will qualify for the playoffs. Still, there's some chance Collison could be a big part of the rotation, if he gets back on the court before Serge Ibaka (knee). OKC has been giving huge minutes to both Enes Kanter and Steven Adams, with Mitch McGary play a key role off the bench.
