Wagner closed Wednesday's 135-124 victory over the Hawks with 17 points (7-9 FG, 3-4 3Pt), five rebounds and one steal in 30 minutes.
EDGE Analysis
Wagner posted his most efficient scoring night of the season Wednesday. His three-point shot falling is also a good sign, as the 25-year-old big man is only shooting 26.3 percent from three on 3.5 attempts through 11 games.

Wagner supplied 20 points (7-13 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 5-5 FT), 13 rebounds, three assists, one block and two steals across 36 minutes during Wednesday's 116-111 overtime victory over the Clippers.
EDGE Analysis
Wagner secured his second straight double-double, halting in a season-high rebounding mark while leading the team in the category. Wagner has scored in double figures four times this season, surpassing the double-digit rebound total twice.

Wagner amassed 19 points (7-10 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 5-5 FT), 12 rebounds, four assists and one steal across 32 minutes before fouling out of Monday's 109-102 loss to the Bucks.
EDGE Analysis
With Wendell Carter (foot), Chuma Okeke (knee) and Mo Bamba (back) all out, Wagner drew a third straight start and notched his first double-double of the campaign. As a starter, he's averaged 13.3 points, 8.3 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 30.0 minutes per game.

Wagner racked up five points (2-7 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-2 FT), four rebounds, one block and one steal over 22 minutes during Saturday's 121-108 loss to the Raptors.
EDGE Analysis
Wagner remained in the starting lineup Saturday but was unable to capitalize. The Magic were destroyed in this game, meaning the starters were all limited down the stretch, including Wagner. He had been putting up serviceable numbers prior to this and those who had streamed him in could certainly give him another look when the Magic face the Bucks on Monday.

Wagner chipped in 16 points (7-12 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 1-2 FT), nine rebounds and one assist over 36 minutes during Friday's 107-96 loss to the Cavaliers.
EDGE Analysis
Wagner started for the first time this season Friday, but he jumped into the starting unit solely because both Mo Bamba (back) and Wendell Carter (foot) were out. He delivered, though, reaching the 15-point mark and the 30-minute plateau for the first time in 2022-23. Wagner's place in the lineup will depend on the availability of Bamba and Carter going forward, but he should see ample playing time if the pair is out again Saturday versus the Raptors.

Wagner will join the starting five for Friday's game against Cleveland.
EDGE Analysis
With Mo Bamba (back) and Wendell Carter (foot) out, Wagner is joined by Markelle Fultz, Franz Wagner, Paolo Banchero and Bol Bol in the starting lineup. Considering how thin Orlando is in the frontcourt, Wagner should see plenty of playing time Friday.

Wagner contributed nine points (3-5 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 3-4 FT), six rebounds, eight assists and one block in 26 minutes during Wednesday's 125-108 loss to the Hawks.
EDGE Analysis
Wagner played 16 minutes in the second half and dished out six assists. He had recorded only five assists through his first three appearances this year before Wednesday's eight-assist night. The 25-year-old has played in all four games since returning from a foot injury Nov. 25, playing 20.1 minutes and scoring 7.5 points per game.

Wagner (foot) amassed 12 points (3-7 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 5-6 FT), six rebounds, four assists and one steal across 26 minutes during Sunday's 133-103 loss to the 76ers.
EDGE Analysis
After Mo Bamba (back) departed the game early, Wagner opened the second half with the starters and put together a decent line in his second appearance of the season after he had missed Orlando's first 18 games while recovering from a right mid-foot strain. With the statuses of Bamba and Wendell Carter (foot) -- who missed his fourth straight contest Sunday -- uncertain as the Magic head into a four-game week, Wagner could have a path to meaningful minutes in the Orlando frontcourt.

Wagner (foot) isn't listed on the injury report for Friday's game versus the Sixers.
EDGE Analysis
Wagner has ramped up his practice participation of late and participated in Wednesday's session. His status for Friday was expected to be determined by how he responded to the practice and treatment, and it appears everything has gone swimmingly. He should provide the Magic with some additional frontcourt depth and could be in for some minutes Friday if Wendell Carter (foot) can't suit up.

Wagner (foot) participated in Wednesday's practice, and his status for Friday's game against the 76ers will be determined by how he responds to the session and treatment, Dan Savage of the Magic's official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Wagner has yet to make his season debut due to a right foot strain he suffered in the preseason. While it appears that Wagner is closing in on a return either Friday or Sunday against Philadelphia, he could be limited following an extended absence to open the season.
