Conley (Achilles) will be sidelined for Wednesday's game agaisnt the Magic, Phillip Dean of Fox Sports South reports.
EDGE Analysis
Conley's Achilles is seemingly still giving him significant discomfort, preventing him from taking the floor Wednesday. He should be considered day-to-day moving forward until more information emerges. In the meantime, Mario Chalmers, Andrew Harrison and Tyreke Evans are all candidates to see extended run at point guard and make for reasonable DFS options.

Conley (Achilles) noted that his availability for Wednesday's game against the Magic likely won't be determined until close to tipoff, Josh Robbins of the Orlando Sentinel reports.
EDGE Analysis
In what was originally reported as foot soreness, Conley is now being listed as having an Achilles injury. Regardless, shootaround apparently didn't help clear things up in terms of his immediate status for Wednesday's affair. It appears we'll have to use a wait-and-see approach heading into tipoff, as the veteran seemingly wants to test things out just prior to the game. The whole situation makes him a risky DFS play.

Conley is dealing with a sore left Achilles and is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against the Magic.
EDGE Analysis
It was reported earlier Tuesday that Conley has been playing through some foot soreness over the last two games, though it's now being listed as an Achilles ailment. In order to avoid the injury worsening, the Grizzlies could ultimately hold Conley out Wednesday, though for the time being he'll be given a questionable designation. Look for another update after the team's morning shootaround, but if Conley misses any time, Mario Chalmers, Tyreke Evans and Andrew Harrison would all be in line for added minutes.

Conley has been playing through foot soreness over the past few games, Michael Wallace of Grizzlies.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Conley's shot hasn't been falling over the past two contests (12.0 points per game on 28.6 percent shooting), so this news clears things up. On the year, he's shooting just 36.8 percent from the field and 26.1 percent from deep. Assuming he continues playing through the issue, it may be best to avoid deploying him in DFS.

Conley tallied 16 points (4-18 FG, 0-7 3PT, 8-10 FT), two rebounds, six assists and two steals in a 115-99 loss to the Charlotte Hornets on Monday.
EDGE Analysis
Conley has had trouble shooting all season long, as this marks his third-straight game with a shooting percentage below 41 percent. To further that point, Conley is now shooting just 33 percent from the field since the opening game of the season. The assists are a bit discouraging as well, as this is only his second game this season with more than four assists.

Conley recorded 21 points (7015 FG, 3-8 3Pt, 4-6 FT), five rebounds, three assists and a steal across 35 minutes in Wednesday's 103-94 loss to the Mavericks.
EDGE Analysis
Conley must still be considered one of the league's elite point guards despite some shaky performances early in the season. Although the team added Tyree Evans and Ben McLemore, they lost Zach Randolph to the Kings and in order to stay relevant, it looks like the team will rest on the shoulders of Conley and Marc Gasol moving forward. With a poor performance against the Warriors notwithstanding, it appears that Conley will be called upon to put up big stat lines to get the Grizzlies anywhere close to playoff contention.

Conley supplied 27 points (9-15 FG, 4-9 3Pt, 5-7 FT), five rebounds, three assists, and two steals in 33 minutes during Wednesday's 103-91 win against the Pelicans.
EDGE Analysis
Conley was extremely efficient, and picked up right where he left off after finishing the preseason with 19 points (on six-of-nine from the field) in 19 minutes against these same Pelicans. Expect Conley to be as aggressive as ever in 2017-18, as the summer departure of Zach Randolph calls for someone on the Grizzlies to step up and do more in the scoring department.

Conley provided eight points (3-10 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 2-3 FT), five rebounds, four assists and one steal across 22 minutes in Wednesday's 101-89 preseason loss to the Rockets.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran point guard upped his minutes total once again but continued struggling with his shot, with Wednesday marking his third game in as many exhibitions with sub-40 percent shooting. The 11-year veteran has come up empty on seven attempts from three-point range this preseason as well, but he's been able to offer some decent production on the boards and in assists. Despite some of the aforementioned early difficulties, Conley should once again be an above-average source of all-around production as a focal point of the Grizzlies offense in the coming season.

Conley (rest) will play in Monday's preseason game against Atlanta, Michael Wallace of Grizzlies.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Conley was held out of Wednesday's game against the 76ers for rest. It's not surprising that the Grizzlies are playing it safe with their star point guard since Conley has only been able to play more than 70 games in three of the past seven seasons.

EDGE Analysis
The Grizzlies are seemingly just playing it safe with their franchise cornerstone point guard in the preseason. Conley is fully expected to play Monday against the Hawks, however.
