Conley went for 27 points (10-22 FG, 4-11 3Pt, 3-4 FT), six rebounds, five assists and one steal across 36 minutes in the Grizzlies' 97-92 loss to the Kings on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran guard's point total led all scorers and served as just the latest corroboration that he's back to pre-injury form. Conley has upped his scoring totals in each game thus far and is supplementing his offense with solid work on the boards and a a distributor. The 31-year-old has also recorded five steals in four games, affording him the well-rounded fantasy profile that's quickly making him one of the better values at the guard position for those who opted to make an investment after he missed the last 70 games of the 2017-18 campaign due to a heel injury.

Conley totaled 16 points (6-13 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 3-3 FT), two rebounds, and two assists in 21 minutes during Tuesday's 131-115 loss to the Rockets.
EDGE Analysis
Conley certainly wasn't shy, evidenced by the fact that he was the only Grizzly to launch more than seven field-goal attempts. Conley showed some rust, but that was to be expected in his first game back after missing 70 tilts due to a heel injury last season. For better or worse, the offense is in his hands.

Conley (heel) is considered fully healthy as training camp approaches, David Aldrdige of TNT reports.
EDGE Analysis
Conley's season was cut short in its infancy, as he missed 70 games after undergoing surgery to clean up his left heel. The point guard resumed five-on-five work earlier this month, and new coach J.B. Bickerstaff confirmed Monday that Conley is a back at full speed. "Right now he's in full participation in everything we're doing," Bickerstaff said. "Obviously we kind of keep an eye on him. In training camp, our expectation is that he's full go." Bickerstaff went on to note that while Conley won't face any sort of minutes restriction in the wake of the injury, the talent the Grizzlies added this offseason will hopefully equate to a lower overall workload for both he and Marc Gasol. "We don't have any expectation of Mike missing anything," Bickerstaff said. "As the season goes, we'll keep an eye on him. When we added some of the depth on our team, we don't have to kill Mike and Marc from a minutes perspective. Rather than getting into restrictions, their average minutes don't have to be 36, 38 minutes to carry the team."

Conley (heel) has recently started playing 5-on-5 basketball and taking part in workouts with teammates, Eli Savoie of Sports 56 WHBQ reports.
EDGE Analysis
Conley missed all but 12 games of the 2017-18 campaign following left heel surgery, but after an entire offseason of rehabilitation, he's finally nearing full health. He's already able to go through 5-on-5 work, which suggests he should be ready to go ahead of the preseason opener Oct. 2. According to Mark Giannotto of the Memphis Commercial Appeal, there's "no doubt about it" that Conley will also be healthy for the start of training camp. All of that said, everything appears to be positive regarding his recovery, so fantasy owners should have confidence in selecting the veteran in upcoming drafts. Conley is just one year removed from averaging 20.5 points, 6.3 assists, 3.5 rebounds, 1.3 steals and 2.5 three-pointers across 69 games in 2016-17.

Conley (heel), during Thursday's Team USA camp, remained limited to non-contact work, Brian Windhorst of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Conley had his 2017-18 campaign cut short due to left heel surgery and struggled to be effective in the 12 games he played in, shooting 38.6 percent from the field -- the lowest mark of his 11-year career. The fact that he's still limited to non-contact work isn't exactly encouraging, though there's been no word of any sort of setback that would prevent him from being 100 percent in time for training camp in September.

EDGE Analysis
Conley's season officially ended back on Jan.27 when he had surgery on his left heel but he's expected to make a full recover in time for training camp next year. The former Ohio State star will be entering the third year of his five-year, $153 million signed back in July 2016.

Conley (heel) has progressed to no longer needing crutches, Michael Wallace of the Grizzlies' official site reports.

Conley (Achilles) will undergo season-ending surgery to "to smooth a small bone protrusion" in his left heel, Michael Wallace of Grizzlies.com reports. He is expected to make a complete recovery ahead of the 2018-19 training camp.
EDGE Analysis
Though Conley had progressed to 3-on-3 scrimmaging in his recovery, he's opted to undergo surgery to correct the issue long-term. The news isn't too surprising considering the Grizzlies have slipped to 17-31 on the season, sitting at 12th place in the Western Conference. In his stead for the remainder of the year, Tyreke Evans and Andrew Harrison will almost certainly continue to handle most of the team's ballhandling duties in the backcourt.
