Morris (groin) was a limited participant in Friday's practice, Law Murray of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Morris has yet to suit up this preseason, but he's logged limited practices in back-to-back days. The Clippers could opt to be cautious with the veteran forward, but his status for Tuesday's preseason matchup with Denver remains unclear.

Morris (groin) participated in some drills during Thursday's practice session, Law Murray of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Coach Tyronn Lue suggested earlier Thursday that Morris wouldn't participate in practice but later clarified that he would still take part in some drills. Even though he couldn't practice fully Thursday, he appears to be making progress in his recovery. However, it's unclear whether he'll be able to make his preseason debut Tuesday against the Nuggets.

Morris (groin) won't play in Sunday's preseason matchup against the Jazz, Andrew Greif of the LA Times reports.

Morris is with the Clippers for training camp and isn't expected to step away from the team ahead of the regular season, Law Murray of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Morris was nearly traded to the Wizards as part of a three-team deal during the offseason, but the move fell through. He spoke to the media at training camp Wednesday and said, "I'm here, I'm gonna do my job. Whatever they need me to do, I'm gonna do," Tomer Azarly of ClutchPoints.com reports. Morris' role declined last year, as he averaged 11.2 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.8 assists in 28.1 minutes per game over 65 appearances. While he'll hope to bounce back in terms of production, it wouldn't be surprising to see him with consistent minutes as long as the relationship between him and the team remains amicable.

Morris posted nine points (3-13 FG, 1-8 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, one block and one steal in 25 minutes during Saturday's 112-100 loss to the Suns in Game 4 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals.
EDGE Analysis
After re-entering the rotation for the first time in nearly a month and playing 20 minutes in the Clippers' 129-124 loss in Game 3, Morris moved into the starting lineup for Game 4 but wasn't able to provide much of a spark while LA was without Kawhi Leonard (knee) for the second game in a row. With Paul George (knee) already out for the series and Leonard looking questionable at best for Tuesday's Game 5, the Clippers will need a better effort from Morris and some of their other supporting players if they are to stave off elimination.

Morris will start Game 4 versus the Suns on Saturday, Tomer Azarly of ClutchPoints.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Morris will replace Nicolas Batum in the starting five Saturday. After not seeing any action in the first two contests of the series, Morris played 20 minutes in Game 3 with Kawhi Leonard (knee) out. It appears that the veteran Morris will have an even bigger role Saturday.

Coach Tyronn Lue said Morris will "get an opportunity" in Game 3 versus the Suns on Thursday, Justin Russo of the 'Clip & Roll' podcast reports.
EDGE Analysis
Morris received a pair of DNP-Coach's Decisions in Games 1 and 2 but is expected to see action Thursday with Kawhi Leonard (knee) sidelined. Though Morris will see the court for the first time in the playoffs, it's unclear how large of a workload he will handle considering the Clippers' multitude of viable wing options.

Head coach Tyronn Lue said Friday that Morris (back) is healthy and expected to be part of the Clippers' postseason rotation, Law Murray of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Clippers' official injury report for Sunday's Game 1 clash against Phoenix won't drop until Saturday, but it appears the veteran forward will be good to go after missing the final seven games of the regular season. Across 65 appearances, Morris averaged 11.2 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.8 assists in 28.1 minutes per game.
