Morris registered two points (1-7 FG, 0-4 3Pt), eight rebounds and two assists across 27 minutes during Friday's 103-96 loss to Orlando in Game 6 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
EDGE Analysis
Morris played 27 minutes as the starting power forward in the Game 6 loss. The Cavaliers will be hoping Jarrett Allen can overcome his rib injury and get back on the floor for a must-win game Sunday.

Morris is in the starting five for Friday's Game 6 against the Magic.
EDGE Analysis
Morris will replace Isaac Okoro in the starting lineup Friday, while Jarrett Allen (hip) misses his second consecutive contest. Morris will make his first start of the season for Cleveland but averaged 11.3 points, 4.4 rebounds and 2.0 assists in 24.6 minutes across seven starts in 2023-24 for Philadelphia.

Morris finished Tuesday's 104-103 victory over Orlando in Game 5 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs with 12 points (4-9 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds and one assist in 26 minutes.
EDGE Analysis
The Cavaliers were missing Jarrett Allen (ribs), and while Isaac Okoro drew the start, Morris stepped into the rotation and made a massive impact. Morris had a total of 15 minutes in this series before Tuesday, so credit to him for staying ready. For now, it remains unclear if Allen will be ready to return for Game 6 in Orlando on Friday.

The Cavaliers are planning to sign Morris to a rest-of-season contract Thursday, Chris Fedor of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
EDGE Analysis
Morris' 10-day contract with Cleveland recently expired, but the veteran forward is set to remain with the team for the remainder of 2023-24. Across his five appearances with the Cavaliers, Morris is averaging 7.8 points, 3.0 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 18.2 minutes.

Morris became a free agent Thursday after his 10-day contract with the Cavaliers expired, Keith Smith of Spotrac.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Cleveland has the ability to re-sign Morris to a second 10-day deal, though it's unclear if the team has any desire to keep him around. Over the course of his first 10-day pact, Morris appeared in five games and averaged 7.8 points, 3.0 rebounds, 1.4 three-pointers and 1.2 assists in 18.2 minutes per contest, but he fell out of the rotation in Wednesday's 118-111 loss to the Hornets while Max Strus (knee) made his return from a 12-game absence.

Morris was ejected from Monday's game against the Hornets after being assessed a Flagrant 2 foul, Evan Dammarell of FearTheSword.com reports. He had three points (1-2 FG, 1-1 3Pt) in eight minutes before exiting.
EDGE Analysis
Morris picked up the foul after making what was deemed unnecessary contact with Nick Richards, and he was immediately ejected from the contest. He failed to contribute much before getting tossed.

Morris provided 11 points (4-10 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), seven rebounds and one assist over 26 minutes during Friday's 104-91 loss to the Timberwolves.
EDGE Analysis
Morris wasn't sharp with his shooting and made just one of his five attempts from beyond the arc, but he had enough volume to score in double digits, marking the second time he has reached that mark in his first three games with Cleveland. He should continue to have a role off the bench with the Cavs, especially given how depleted their frontcourt is at the moment, but Morris should be left on the wire in most fantasy leagues outside of deep formats.

Morris contributed 14 points (5-7 FG, 4-5 3Pt) and four rebounds across 20 minutes during Monday's 108-103 victory over the Pacers.
EDGE Analysis
This was a terrific debut for Morris, and the Cavaliers gave him a solid role right away. Given the amount of injuries in Cleveland, that could continue in the short term. Morris is worth monitoring closely in deeper fantasy formats, especially if Donovan Mitchell (knee/nose), Max Strus (knee), Evan Mobley (ankle) and Dean Wade (knee) remain out.

Morris is available for Monday's game against Indiana, Chris Fedor of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
EDGE Analysis
Freshly inked to a 10-day deal, Morris will be available and could slot into the rotation for an undermanned Cleveland squad. Though he averaged just 17.2 minutes per game in 37 appearances with the 76ers earlier this season, Morris proved to be a proficient perimeter shooter, knocking down 40 percent of his 2.4 three-point attempts per contest.

Morris and the Cavaliers agreed to a 10-day contract Saturday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Morris was bought out by the Spurs prior to the March 1 deadline, so he will be eligible for the postseason. With so many injuries in Cleveland and given Morris' track record in the NBA, he could find a role right away.
