Brogdon (hamstring) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Cavaliers.
EDGE Analysis
Brogdon will miss a third straight game Wednesday due to a left hamstring strain. With Scoot Henderson (ankle) and Anfernee Simons (thumb) also inactive, the Trail Blazers' backcourt will be shorthanded again. Skylar Mays has excelled in an increased role recently, averaging 13.0 points and 11.0 assists per game in Brodgon's absence.

Brogdon (hamstring) will not play Tuesday against Utah.
EDGE Analysis
Brogdon will miss his second consecutive game due to a left hamstring strain. Portland will be banged up entering a back-to-back set Tuesday and Wednesday, as Scoot Henderson (ankle) and Anfernee Simons (thumb) are also inactive.

Brogdon (hamstring) won't play Sunday against the Lakers.
EDGE Analysis
Brogdon left Wednesday's matchup against Sacramento with a left hamstring strain, and the injury will force him to miss at least one additional contest. Skylar Mays and Shaedon Sharpe should see more opportunities in the backcourt as a result, especially with Scoot Henderson (ankle) and Anfernee Simons (thumb) also sidelined.

Brogdon (left hamstring strain) has been ruled out for the remainder of Wednesday's game against the Kings, Danny Marang of 1080 The Fan Portland reports.
EDGE Analysis
Brogdon drew another start Wednesday but will have his outing cut short after sustaining a strained left hamstring. He'll finish the contest with five points, a rebound and an assist over five minutes. Expect a mix of Skylar Mays and Shaedon Sharpe at the point-guard spot while rookie Rayan Rupert could crack the rotation. Brogdon's next chance to play will come Sunday against the Lakers.

Brogdon closed Sunday's 112-100 loss to the Grizzlies with 18 points (6-20 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 4-4 FT), seven rebounds, 11 assists and one steal over 39 minutes.
EDGE Analysis
Brogdon started a second consecutive game Sunday with Scoot Henderson (ankle) sidelined once again, and he posted a second straight double-double. Brogdon has scored in double figures in every appearance this season and is averaging 19.0 points, 6.1 assists and 5.3 rebounds in 31.0 minutes per game. However, he'll likely have less upside once Henderson is cleared to return.

Brogdon closed Friday's 115-113 overtime win over the Grizzlies with 24 points (6-19 FG, 2-9 3Pt, 10-12 FT), 10 assists, seven rebounds and three steals in 44 minutes.
EDGE Analysis
Brogdon was already a prolific contributor off the bench, but Scoot Henderson's (ankle) injury earned him his first appearance of the season in Portland's starting lineup. The veteran was on the court for the majority of the game alongside Shaedon Sharpe and Jerami Grant, and all three players were able to clear the 20-point mark while handling usage rates north of 20 percent. The Trail Blazers appear to be taking a day-to-day approach with Henderson, but it wouldn't be surprising if he missed Sunday's rematch with the Grizzlies to put Brogdon in position for another start.

Brogdon is in the starting lineup for Friday's game against the Grizzlies, Casey Holdahl of the Trail Blazers' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Brogdon will start at point guard with Scoot Henderson (ankle) out, and he will play in the backcourt alongside Shaedon Sharpe, who has been upgraded to available due to a thumb injury. Brogdon is averaging 18.2 points, 4.6 rebounds and 4.4 assists per game off the bench this season.

Brogdon logged 21 points (9-21 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 0-1 FT), three rebounds and five assists across 29 minutes during Monday's 99-91 victory over Toronto.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran guard has looked very comfortable in his role as the leader of Portland's second unit, popping for at least 18 points in four straight games to begin the season. Brogdon has seen extra minutes since Anfernee Simons (thumb) went down in the Trail Blazers' opener, and as long as the 30-year-old can stay healthy himself, his usage should allow him to continue his productive run.

Brogdon notched 18 points (6-15 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 4-6 FT), seven rebounds and one assist in 31 minutes during Friday's 102-97 loss to Orlando.
EDGE Analysis
With Anfernee Simons (thumb) sidelined for four to six weeks, Brogdon's fantasy stock is bound to go up. He was excellent in the season opener, and his 31 minutes during Simons' absence is a clear indicator of increased output. Typically, Sharpe would be the first man off the bench, but that role is now in Brogdon's hands. After a cloudy initial outlook, Brogdon will be a solid waiver wire target for teams in need of backcourt support.

Brogdon closed with 20 points (8-16 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 1-1 FT), two rebounds and five assists in 23 minutes during Wednesday's 123-111 loss to the Clippers.
EDGE Analysis
The Trail Blazers intend to give Scott Henderson every opportunity to succeed as the team's floor general, but Brogdon was brought in to provide support at the position, and it will be no surprise to see Brogdon and Shaedon Sharpe step in to provide some punch in the second unit. Brogdon was a direct replacement for Henderson in the first half, but they shared time on the floor in the third and fourth quarter. The usage is a good sign that they'll utilize Brogdon as an off-guard option as well, which will give him more viability as a fantasy target.
