Faried (back) has been cleared to play in Wednesday's matchup with the Rockets, radio play-by-play announcer Jason Kosmicki reports
EDGE Analysis
Faried had to leave Tuesday's game against the Pelicans early with tightness in his back, but it appears he's responded well to treatment and won't miss any time because of the injury. He's started each of the last three games at power forward, so barring any late changes, look for him to remain with the top unit. That said, it wouldn't be surprising if the Nuggets attempted to limit his minutes a bit to avoid another flare up.

Faried (back) will warm up with the intent to play in Wednesday's game against the Rockets, Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle reports.
EDGE Analysis
Faried left Tuesday's game against the Pelicans early due to back tightness, but it looks as if he should be good to return Wednesday barring any setbacks that take place during pregame warmups. If he is made active, however, it's possible he could be limited due to the team playing the second game of a back-to-back. With the return of Darrell Arthur (knee) to the lineup, the Nuggets should have enough depth Wednesday to limit Faried if necessary, making him a risky DFS play.

Faried (back) is listed as questionable for Wednesday's matchup with the Rockets, Harrison Wind of BSN Denver reports.
EDGE Analysis
Faried was forced to leave Tuesday's game against the Pelicans early because of tightness in his back and with the Nuggets going into the second night of a back-to-back Wednesday, they may want want to take a cautious approach with their big man to avoid over usage. Look for his status to be updated after pregame warmups, but if he misses time, Wilson Chandler, Mason Plumlee and Darrell Arthur (knee) could see more time.

Faried will not return to Tuesday's matchup against the Pelicans due to back tightness, Nick Kosmider of the Denver Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
Faried missed his only shot, while contributing two rebounds and two assists across 10 minutes in the first half. He also tallied three fouls in his limited minutes. His back issue may have played a role in his quick fouls trouble. His status for Wednesday's game against the Rockets is now up in the air.

Faried started at power forward and generated 18 points (9-17 FG, 0-1 FT), 13 rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block across 32 minutes in a 122-114 loss to the Hornets on Friday.
EDGE Analysis
Perhaps in an effort to bolster the second unit with another scoring option, Wilson Chandler shifted to the bench Friday, clearing the way for Faried to reenter the starting five. Faried responded well to the assignment, collecting his first double-double since Feb. 3. It's uncertain if coach Michael Malone plans to stick with Faried in the starting five for Sunday's game against the Heat, but the veteran big man will carry more fantasy intrigue whenever he works with the top unit. He's averaging 10.7 points and 8.1 rebounds in 23.1 minutes per game as a starter, compared to 9.0 points and 7.6 rebounds in 20.0 minutes per game off the bench this season.

Faried will start at power forward Friday versus the Hornets, Chris Dempsey of Altitude Sports reports.
EDGE Analysis
Faried will enter Denver's starting lineup in place of Wilson Chandler. While dealing with a bum shoulder, Faried has been limited to 16.6 minutes over the past five games, but he figures to see a more extended run with his promoting into the starting five. In 29 starts so far, Faried is averaging 10.4 points and 8.0 rebounds in nearly 23 minutes per night.

Faried (shoulder) will play Friday against the Pacers, Chris Dempsey of Altitude Sports reports.
EDGE Analysis
Faried's status was in question due to a shoulder contusion, but that latest ailment won't prevent the Morehead State product from suiting up Friday in nearby Indianapolis. However, with Danilo Gallinari (knee) returning to the fold, it wouldn't be surprising if the banged-up Faried's minutes are scaled back to some degree.

Faried is dealing with a left shoulder contusion and is listed as questionable for Friday's game against the Pacers, Chris Dempsey of Altitude Sports reports.
EDGE Analysis
Faried, who attended college at Morehead State in Kentucky, will have a large contingent of family and friends on hand as the Nuggets play in nearby Indianapolis, so look for him to campaign heavily to coach Michael Malone to suit up Friday. Given that the injury-prone Faried has only recently returned from an extended absence due to back spasms, however, there's always the possibility that the Nuggets err on the side of caution and hold him out. Faried won't merit much consideration in DFS contests anyway if he plays Friday, as the Nuggets will welcome back Danilo Gallinari (knee), which will result in just about all of the team's forwards sacrificing some playing time.

Faried will be on a 20-minute restriction for Wednesday's game against the Cavaliers, Chris Dempsey of Altitude Sports reports.
EDGE Analysis
Faried has taken the court three times since returning from a stretch in which he was sidelined 11-of-14 games. He has averaged 17 minutes during those contests. The Nuggets will presumably keep the veteran big man's minutes limited for the foreseeable future in order to avoid aggravating the injury.

Faried tallied 11 points (5-7 FG, 1-2 FT), eight rebounds, two assists, one steal and one block over 23 minutes in Saturday's 109-105 loss to the Rockets.
EDGE Analysis
Faried came off the bench once again and was productive, just as he had been Thursday against the Clippers. Coach Mike Malone has apparently opted to keep Mason Plumlee running with the starters for the time being, as he's shown an ability to successfully co-exist with fellow big man Nikola Jokic. Faried has proven capable of flourishing on the second unit in the past, so fantasy owners need to hang on to the energetic forward in all formats.
