Hart (knee) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Celtics, Steve Popper of Newsday reports.
EDGE Analysis
Hart has missed the Knicks' last two games due to right knee soreness, but the veteran forward traveled with the team to Boston on Saturday and has a shot at being available. A decision on his status will likely be made closer to Sunday's 1 p.m. ET tipoff, but if Hart is available, he should return to the starting lineup right away. He's averaging 20.8 points, 9.3 rebounds, 6.0 assists and 1.5 steals per game since the beginning of February.

Hart (knee) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Cavaliers.
EDGE Analysis
After missing his first game of the season in Thursday's 113-111 overtime victory over the Bulls, Hart will remain sidelined for the second half of New York's back-to-back set while he contends with right knee patellofemoral syndrome. According to James L. Edwards III of The Athletic, head coach Tom Thibodeau described Hart's injury as "just soreness" and described the forward as day-to-day. With that in mind, Hart doesn't appear to be at risk of a long-term injury, but his second straight absence Friday should once again open up elevated minutes for Miles McBride. Hart's next chance to suit up will come Sunday in Boston.

Hart has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Bulls due to patellofemoral syndrome in his right knee.
EDGE Analysis
Steve Popper of Newsday relays that this syndrome is essentially just minor pain in Hart's knee, which usually occurs in long-distance runners. Hart has certainly put in miles this season, as he is averaging 37.8 minutes per contest over New York's first 53 games. This will be Hart's first absence of the season, and it comes during the first half of a back-to-back set, as his next chance to suit up comes Friday in Cleveland. OG Anunoby (foot) is questionable, but even if the former makes his return from a five-game absence, Precious Achiuwa remains a candidate for increased playing time in Hart's absence.

Hart (knee) is probable for Tuesday's game against the Pacers.
EDGE Analysis
Probable tags have become the norm for Hart, but he continues to log heavy workloads for the Knicks despite being at less than 100 percent. That's expected to be the case for Tuesday, as well, though it's worth mentioning that it's the first leg of a back-to-back set.
