Walsh tallied 22 points (8-8 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 5-6 FT), seven rebounds, three assists, two steals and one block over 30 minutes during the Celtics' 146-101 win over the Wizards on Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
Walsh and the rest of the Celtics starters were forced to take on larger roles Thursday due to Jaylen Brown being sidelined with an illness. Walsh made the most of the opportunity, connecting on all eight of his field-goal attempts en route to a career-high scoring performance. The third-year forward has stepped up in a big way during Boston's three game-winning streak, and over that span he has averaged 14.7 points, 8.0 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 1.7 steals and 1.0 blocks over 28.9 minutes per game.

Walsh ended Sunday's 117-115 victory over the Cavaliers with 14 points (4-7 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 5-6 FT), 11 rebounds, one assist, one block and two steals in 38 minutes.
EDGE Analysis
It was the first double-double of the season for Walsh, who filled the entire box score Sunday. The forward generally doesn't play a featured role offensively -- he's scored in double figures just two times in 16 games -- though Walsh has started eight consecutive outings. He at least carries some deep-league appeal in category leagues, averaging 6.5 points, 5.4 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.1 steals in 24.6 minutes per game as a member of the first unit.

Walsh amassed five points (1-3 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 3-4 FT), three rebounds, two assists and one block in 24 minutes during Sunday's 138-129 victory over the Magic.
EDGE Analysis
While Walsh continues to draw the start over Josh Minott, he has not done much with his time on the court, averaging just 6.2 points, 4.8 rebounds and 1.0 assists over 22.0 minutes in five starts. Walsh doesn't appear to be in any danger of losing the starting job, however, so it is likely he will remain in the first unit moving forward, although his production isn't enough to justify rostering him in most fantasy leagues.

Walsh closed with four points (2-2 FG) and one rebound in 11 minutes during Tuesday's 113-99 victory over the Nets.
EDGE Analysis
Walsh remained in the starting lineup, although he failed to make the most of his continued opportunity. Boston appears to have no issue tinkering with its starting lineup, especially when it comes to the power forward position. In his last three games, Walsh has averaged just 5.7 points, 5.0 rebounds, 1.0 steals and 1.0 blocks in 20.8 minutes per game.

Walsh will start Tuesday's game against the Nets.
EDGE Analysis
It was initially reported that Josh Minott would replace Walsh in the starting five, though the latter will ultimately get the starting nod for the third straight game. In his previous two games, the 21-year-old forward averaged 6.5 points, 7.0 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 1.5 steals and 1.5 blocks in 25.5 minutes per contest.

Walsh is not in the Celtics' starting lineup against the Nets on Tuesday, Justin Turpin of WEEI.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Walsh has started each of the Celtics' last two games, but he'll come off the bench Tuesday while Josh Minott re-enters the starting five. Walsh has averaged 6.6 points, 6.3 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 1.4 steals and 0.9 blocks over 24.0 minutes per game since Nov. 1.

Walsh had six points (2-5 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), eight rebounds, three assists, one block and three steals over 33 minutes during Sunday's 121-118 win over the Clippers.
EDGE Analysis
Making his second straight start, Walsh set new season highs in minutes, boards and steals as he recorded at least two blocks plus steals for the sixth straight contest. The third-year forward is proving to be a useful part of Boston's frontcourt rotation despite his lack of offense, averaging 6.0 points, 6.7 rebounds, 1.7 steals, 1.5 assists, 1.0 blocks and 0.8 threes in 24.8 minutes a contest during that six-game stretch.

Walsh provided seven points (3-7 FG, 1-3 3Pt), six rebounds and two blocks in 18 minutes during Wednesday's 131-95 win over Memphis.
EDGE Analysis
Walsh played with some great intensity on the defensive end, but he was a bit overzealous at times and racked up three fouls in his first eight minutes of play. Still, he finished with a plus/minus rating of plus-19 in the blowout win, so there's a decent chance he'll be able to hold onto his spot in the starting unit for Sunday's game against the Clippers.

Walsh will start Wednesday's matchup against the Grizzlies, Justin Turpin of WEEI.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
The 21-year-old forward will join the starting five for the first time this season, pushing Josh Minott to the bench. Over his last five games, Walsh has averaged 6.6 points, 6.0 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.4 steals across 23.4 minutes per contest.

Walsh finished with six points (2-3 FG, 2-2 3Pt), six rebounds, four assists and two steals in 26 minutes during Sunday's 111-107 win over the Magic.
EDGE Analysis
Walsh has now played at least 19 minutes in four consecutive contests, seemingly taking Baylor Scheierman's role after the latter logged two straight DNPs. In those four games, Walsh is averaging 6.3 points, 5.8 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 1.3 steals, 0.3 blocks and 1.3 threes made, and may continue to see the court in this bench role.
