Amico is guessing and isn't really offering insight into the team's thinking, and it would be a rather curious move considering Pargo has guaranteed money and the Cavs are thin at point guard behind Kyrie Irving. We're not sold that waiving Pargo is a slam dunk, but it's certainly an option.

Give Pargo a look if you're desperate, but we need him to play much more before giving the okay in standard leagues. Tony Allen added 15 points, eight boards, and a steal, Marc Gasol went for 13 and eight, and Rudy Gay hit just 4-of-15 shots for 12 points with eight boards and two assists.

Pargo only had one assist in 27 minutes and has minimal fantasy appeal even when he has the starting gig in hand. Conley is day-to-day, so leave Pargo on the waiver wire.
