Jack (knee) recently suggested that he's about a month away from resuming full-contact workouts, ESPN.com's Mike Mazzeo reports.
EDGE Analysis
Jack is seven months into his recovery from a torn ACL and seems to be progressing as expected to this point. The 32-year-old doesn't believe he's at risk of missing the start of the upcoming season, though the Hawks could very well limit him in training camp so as to avoid a setback. He's tentatively slated to open his first season in Atlanta as the backup to Dennis Schroder, who will join the starting lineup following the offseason trade that sent Jeff Teague to the Pacers.

Jack's rehabilitation is apparently going "very well," but it's uncertain if he'll be ready to play at the start of the regular season, Chris Vivlamore of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
EDGE Analysis
After he was waived by the Nets shortly before his contract for 2016-17 became guaranteed, Jack, who suffered a season-ending torn ACL last January, was brought in by the Hawks to serve as a veteran mentor to the 23-year-old Dennis Schroder, who will assume a full-time starting role for the first time in his career. Jack has been a capable backup or fill-in starter for most of his 12-year career, but the fact that he's coming back from a major injury and is set to turn 33 before the season begins suggests the Hawks aren't counting on him to play major minutes. If Jack's recovery from the torn ACL stretches into the upcoming season, free-agent pickup Malcolm Delaney, who played in Russia in 2015-16, would likely open the year as Schroder's top backup.

Jack (knee) agreed to a one-year minimum deal with the Hawks on Sunday, Shams Charania of the Vertical reports.
EDGE Analysis
Jack was waived by the Nets in late June after his season ended abruptly in January due to a torn ACL. He averaged 12.8 points, 7.4 assists, 4.3 rebounds, and 1.1 steals in 32 minutes per game. The veteran point guard will compete for time with Dennis Schroder and Tim Hardaway, and it seems unlikely he'll get the playing time that he got with the Nets. Jack is expected to be ready to go by the beginning of the 2016-17 season.

Jack (knee) was waived by the Nets on Thursday, Mike Mazzeo of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
By cutting the veteran point guard loose, the Nets will only have to pay $500,000 of the $6 million he was scheduled to make. The 32-year-old tore his right ACL in early January, ending his season after 32 games. Before the season-ending injury, he averaged 12.8 points, 7.4 assists, 4.3 rebounds, 1.1 steals, and 0.2 blocks in 32 minutes per game as the Nets' starting point guard. Jack could draw the attention of several teams looking to add a veteran presence off the bench but his questionable health status could deter teams from bringing him on until he is fully healed, which may not be until October.

Jack (knee) underwent reconstructive ACL surgery Wednesday morning and is expected to be ready for the start of the 2016-17 season, Andy Vasquez of The Record reports.
EDGE Analysis
As previously announced, Jack will miss the remainder of the season, and he'll conclude the year with averages of 12.8 points, 4.3 rebounds and a team-high 7.4 assists per game in 32 contests. Assuming all goes well with his recovery, Jack should be ready when the 2016-17 opens in October, though it's possible he could be limited in training camp and the preseason. With Jack on the shelf, the Nets will turn to the combination of Donald Sloan and Shane Larkin to handle the bulk of the point guard duties going forward.

Jack has been diagnosed with a torn ACL and is done for the season, Mike Mazzeo of ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Jack's knee gave out on him during Saturday's game against the Celtics and despite originally being called just a sprain, it's now being reported as a torn ACL. Jack has been ruled out for the rest of the season and will instead start on his long road to recovery. Shane Larkin is expected to be the main beneficiary in minutes at point guard, while Donald Sloan could also see some extended run moving forward. We'll have to wait and see for sure what coach Lionel Hollins plans to do moving forward following the unfortunate news regarding Jack's injury.

Jack (knee) will have an MRI on Sunday, The Record's Andy Vasquez reports.
EDGE Analysis
He left Saturday's game with what the team is calling a right knee sprain, and yet it appeared that it could have been a bit more serious than that. Jack was seen walking around the locker room without crutches, albeit very slowly, after Saturday's game, and was in good spirits, so that is a good sign at least. Continue to monitor his situation for news of the MRI results.

Jack exited Saturday's tilt with Boston due to a right knee sprain, Andy Vasquez of The Record (N.J.) reports.
EDGE Analysis
Jack was about to take off toward the hoop on a fast break when his right leg simply gave out on him. He collapsed in pain before eventually being able to limp off the court with the help of teammates. Non-contact knee injuries are always scary, but there is no other information other than a right knee sprain as of now. Expect an update on his status when more information becomes available.

Jack scored 15 points (7-15 FG, 1-4 3Pt) while adding 11 assists, three steals and two rebounds in 32 minutes during Saturday's loss to the Wizards.
EDGE Analysis
It's his sixth double-double of the season, as Jack has stayed healthy so far and as a result produced some of the best numbers of his career, including a career-high 7.3 assists per game. The Nets don't have anyone to push him for minutes, so as long as he can avoid the trainer's room, he should remain productive.

Jack scored 13 points (4-14 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 3-3 FT) with eight assists, five rebounds, and a steal through 45 minutes in a 119-118 loss to the Mavericks on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
After a pedestrian performance in regulation, Jack's shot came to life in overtime- hitting two clutch three's to keep Brooklyn within striking distance. After posting a combined 10 points in his last two games entering Wednesday, Jack's near double-double was a welcome sight for fantasy owners.
