Brooks participated in Monday's morning shootaround but will ultimately sit out against the Jazz while managing groin soreness. In his absence, Royce O'Neale and Nigel Hayes-Davis are in line to absorb much of his workload on the wing. Brooks' next opportunity to return will come Wednesday against the Grizzlies.
