With the Knicks getting virtually no production from their starters in the first half, coach Derek Fisher emptied the bench for much of the second half, resulting in Williams seeing his highest minutes total since Nov. 6. Not every game will have such extensive garbage time, however, so expect Williams to typically settle for a lower-usage role off the bench.
