Whiteside underwent X-rays on his hand following Wednesday's loss to the Hornets, Ethan Skolnick of the Miami Herald reports.

The X-rays came back negative, but Whiteside was spotted with a wrap on his hand following Wednesday's contest. It does not appear that Whiteside is dealing with any sort of setback that would prevent him from playing in Friday's all-important Game 6, but his status will become clearer as game time approaches.
