Whiteside (knee) is on track to play Wednesday versus the Heat, Jason Lieser of The Palm Beach Post reports.

Whiteside missed the Heat's previous contest, and was a true game-time decision heading into Wednesday. Head coach Erik Spoelstra has indicated that Whiteside will warm up and intend to play. While he could be on a short leash due his knee, there should be plenty of potential available in the frontcourt as the Clippers will be without Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan.
