Whiteside (knee) is listed as probable for Friday's game against the Nuggets and is expected to return to the starting lineup, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

After sitting out because of a knee injury, Whiteside returned to the court Wednesday, but ended up coming off the bench. Considering he played 27 minutes during that outing and didn't suffer any setbacks, the Heat are comfortable inserting him back into the starting lineup. With that being said, Justise Winslow is expected to return to a bench role in the corresponding move. So far this season, Whiteside is averaging 12.1 points, 11.1 rebounds and 3.8 blocks over 29 minutes per game.
