Whiteside (knee) announced Friday that he'll be out for Sunday's Game 7 against the Raptors, Ethan Skolnick of the Miami Herald reports.
EDGE Analysis
Whiteside will travel with the team to Toronto, but he's set to miss his fourth consecutive game of the season due to a right MCL sprain. He said following the Heat's Game 6 win that he continues to rehab and get better, but remains without a concrete timetable for a possible return. Amar'e Stoudemire figures to slot in as the starting center for Game 7, with Josh McRoberts and Udonis Haslem also in line for additional minutes.
