Whiteside (hand) is expected to play off the bench Tuesday against San Antonio. Chris Andersen (calf) will start at center for Miami, but Whiteside is expected to be available for reserve minutes. It's uncertain how much exactly Whiteside will play, however, after missing three games with the hand injury.
