Whiteside (ankle) was not called into action against the Pacers on Friday. Whiteside had a hectic Friday as he was originally slated to play against the Pacers, but as it got closer to tipoff, coach Erik Spoelstra decided to only deploy the center in an emergency situation. As a result, Whiteside is still dealing with his ankle injury somewhat and should be considered day-to-day ahead of Sunday's game against the Bulls.
