Whiteside (ankle) did some work at shootaround, and will be a game-time decision Friday, Shandel Richardson of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports. At this point, it looks like Whiteside will be a true game time call leading up to Miami's game against the Pacers. We may learn more from his participation, or lack thereof, in pregame warmups, so monitor his status as tipoff draws near if you're hoping to get him into your lineup Friday night.
