Veteran SF Stephen Jackson hasn't yet retired from the NBA, but he admitted that he's "not sitting around with [his] fingers crossed." "If it happens, it happens," Jackson said. "If I get a call I will explore it, but I'm enjoying my life, man. I'm doing music now so it's all good." He appeared in only nine games after being signed by the Clippers last season and was waived due to the team's need for guards, but Doc Rivers offered nothing but praise for the 36-year-old journeyman. It would be a surprise to see him earn a guaranteed NBA contract next season.
