Vasquez will move into the starting lineup on Sunday with DeMar DeRozan (groin) sidelined, the Raptors announced. He enjoyed some success last season on a per-minute basis when he was on the court alongside Kyle Lowry, so Vasquez could be worth a speculative add in case he sticks in the starting lineup, and Raptors coach Dwane Casey doesn't mix and match his rotations while DeRozan is out.
