Vasquez scored 19 points (8-16 FG, 1-5 3P, 2-4 FT) with five assists and a steal in 34 minutes during Sunday's OT loss to the Lakers. Stepping into the starting lineup in place of the injured DeMar DeRozan (groin), Vasquez showed some of the same chemistry with Kyle Lowry that he displayed last season when the duo were on the floor together. Raptors coach Dwane Casey could mix up his starting lineups depending on the opponent, but look for Vasquez to see a big boost in minutes while DeRozan is sidelined even if he doesn't get every start.
